Evidently, this woman is addicted to drugs and therefore not capable of taking care of her children or herself. Is there a father or other family members that could help while she is in treatment. Unfortunately, the children should be put in foster care until there is a full investigation and it is proven they can receive proper care from members of their own family.

Drugs and parental obligations do not mix. This new is very bad, Terry, I understand why you report all of the news, even when it is bad. It is information we should all have in our awareness.
