As much as we gripe about governments, Somalia is a prime example of the result of no (effective) government.
Pirating is a symptom and like the article states there will only be an end to it when these men are presented with a paying alternative.
Let's hope they don't have to use the lethal force of the Reaper which can carry up to 14 Hellfire missiles.
