Terrible - that stupid policeman must have drunk "out of his mind" to even refuse a breathalizer test. Get him of the force.

Tragic. Restrict alcohol use...legalize marijuana.

He sould be locked away to think about what he has done. How come he can refuse a breath test? It will be interesting to see who gets the heavier sentence, him or the drunken arsonist.

It took 5 hours to get a court order for a blood test after he'd refused the Breathalyzer. That is absurd. There should be standing court orders for blood tests for people apparently intoxicated, as he was, who refuse the breath test. I also believe that anyone who is intoxicated and kills someone in an auto accident should be tried for 1st degree murder. Nobody forced them to get drunk, then drive. That is NOT an accident!
