J'ai pas comment avec problémé? Difficult to decide who was irresponsible here apart from the obvious of course. Why are there so many guns available in the world anyways? I have stared down the barrel of a gun several times in my life and, hyes I was s it scared at time. All but one occasions I have been swift to dis-arm the offender without any weapons to hand. There was one occasion I was shot at by a 'drive by' marks person five times, I heard two bullets whistle past before I tripped and fell. The fifth bullet fired hit me in the arse.*

*please forgive me for using that word, I meant to say buttocks.

Uh, good? This "career criminal" tried to run over PEOPLE with his car. The cops did the right thing in shooting him to prevent him from running over or killing any innocents.
