I'm very glad I saw this news item in the middle of the night - long after I finished eating for the day. Because, even with an empty stomach, I am feeling slightly queasy over the idea....

The excess milk made into experimental cheese should have stayed at home, a good way to get baby on solid food..I guess..what a way to make money..sheeesh!

I cannot imagine sipping a cup of milk from the breast of a mother.

As odd as this may seem, human milk is what is intended for humans. As my Anthropology professor used to say, "who should drink cow's milk? We were to reply "baby cows!" However, I doubt breast milk cheese will catch on anytime soon :-)

Speaking as a retired restaurant chef, and someone who has always
been extremely adventurous with food, I'll tell ya here and now,
this is something I'd NEVER try, not even once!.....and there have been alot
of things I have tried.........once.
