Omar Artan had sex with the drunk girl, who had asked him to buy cigarettes for her last October, the Victorian County Court heard. Artan's uncle Mohammed Siad Barre, a military dictator, was president of Somalia from 1969 to 1991.

After reading the whole story, I come to the conclusion that this guy took advantage of a young teenage girl who told him that she had a boyfriend and that she did not want to have sex with him. So, I think he deserves to get more time then he did. That could have been yours or my sister or daughter.
