When the McCain campaign chose to demonize ACORN and raise concerns about Obama's association with the group, didn't they realize that this kind of stuff would come out? This just shows how desperate they're getting.
Michelle Malkin on the subject: "John McCain had no problem calling ACORN members his friends during his ill-fated illegal alien shamnesty crusade." (she's referring to McCain's support for the ill-fated immigration bill) Wow, that's the first time I've ever quoted her - probably the last too. Let's just say I'm not a fan.

I'm confused....

It's bad for Obama to have associated with ACORN, but okay for McCain to have worked with them.

It's bad to use Annenberg money for schools, but okay to use it for McCain's campaign.

Unproven rumors that Obama had an affair are coming from the campaign of a known adulterer whose VP's daughter got pregnant out of wedlock.

The good guys are the ones with ethics violations and the bad guy is the one whose hasn't been brought up on charges.

It's bad to have worked with Ayers, but okay to have worked with Byrd, Thurmond and other KKK members.

It's bad to know a felon if his name is Rezko, but it's okay to marry the daughter of a felon, have a felon bundling campaign money for you, been brought up on ethics charges because of a felon you worked with and it's okay to call felon G Gordon Liddy an "old friend".

McCain and Palin are pro-life, but pro-war and pro-killing animals and Vietnamese from planes.

Like I said, I'm very confused....WHO IS JOHN MCCAIN??????? :-P

Suppose it's not very nice to laugh at someone with dementia..and an election shouldn't bwe a joke..however the signs are there John, or is this more selective forgetfulness and please just send Sarah back up north with a lantern so she can signals us when the Russians are coming. It could be a long cold wait for her but at least it will keep her out of a field of politics...we already have enough players on the field that can't keep their lies straight, and the last thing this country needs is her underhanded racial shark frenzies......

John Mc Cain knows he is losing & stooping to low tactics, wants to get the voters to focus on his smears against Obama & away from the issues that are facing us. The Palins were involved with Joe Vogler, Todd her husband until 2002, she has been charged with abusing her office more then once as governor & also Mayor. Mc Cain's wife was using drugs & stealing them from a charity she was working with & having a doctor writing prescriptions for her another several different names, the doctor lost his license. Mc Cain was involved with the Keating 5, involved with Mafia guys, the list goes on & on. I'd say look who's calling the kettle black.Palin is prolife but thinks nothing of killing animals, what is her definition of life.

Palin's husband was associated for YEARS with an organization, an actual Political Party, that SERIOUSLY wants the State of Alaska to secede from the United States -- some "patriot", huh? Palin goes along with this..... in her fundamentalist church's doctrine, the wife is subject to the husband, anyway. [Palin herself is just an attractive beauty-queen figurehead.] The purpose of seceding from the U.S. would be, to KEEP ALASKA'S RESOURCES FOR THE STATE'S ELITE AND THE OILMEN AND LOGGERS -- AND NOT HAVE TO OBEY ANY U.S. ENVIRONMENTAL LAWS passed by silly Environmentalists and Democrats!
Palin's husband WORKS FOR AN OIL COMPANY. How can such people question someone else's loyalty, question the loyalty of people who have been local community organizers and have never proposed separating themselves and their friends and family from the U.S.? No, this is not a joke or some sort of a prank; these people were and STILL ARE, ABSOLUTELY SERIOUS about KEEPING ALL PROFITS FROM ALASKA'S RESOURCES FOR THEMSELVES; and apparently such people DO have some political clout in the State of Alaska. [And unlimited funds with which to promote their secessionist cause.]
