Thank you Mr Watson, you are a brave and dedicated person always working against the odds. The US should be applauding your efforts and proud of them. Japan is the criminal and Japan should be banned from whaling and the ban be enforced.

God bless CAPTAIN Watson (his title is legal and earned) and his crews!
Militant? Well, he has raised a Navy, all members carefully trained in NON-violence.
The article has some misinformation about the Interpol alerts. It was not Interpol itself that issued the arrest warrant. Interpol simply issues alerts. It's Germany and Costa Rica that have issued the warrants.

Thanks for posting the news!

This ruling is a joke. The US has no jurisdiction in this matter. Sea Shepard is protecting the whales from law breakers and should not be penalized for enforcing international laws!

The U.S. should be protecting anti-whaling activists, not bugging them.

"In addition the Court has ignored the fact that the Japanese whalers are in contempt of a court order by the Australian Federal Court and the whaling takes place in the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary." - THAT makes the US court order a sham. The REAL CRIMINAlS are the JAPANESE!!!!! Their "research" is bogus, it pure and simply just GREED and pure CRUELTY!. Captain Watson and his crew are HEROS. Looks like a boycott of Japanese products is in order. I would rather err on the side of these intelligent and magnificent Whales than the Japanese and their phony research crap. Always follow the money. The true road to hell is GREED and CRUELTY.

Noted & posted. I wonder if there is a danger signal that the Sea Shepherd could utilize under water to warn the whales of impending murder? Whales, dolphins and orcas have the their own language so there must be some type of sequence they use to warn others.

Go for it Capt. Paul!!!!!!

These Japs & thier boats should be sunk with
mud dropped from a plane......Tons of it.

Wherever you go there once were trees & whales.
Plant & protect Danny's trees & whales for life.
Trees are the lungs of the earth & the whales
are king pins of the seas.

Just the thought of whales used for science...and then sold for food...should create an outcry from the citizens of Japan. My guess is they're full of sh*t and whales are being caught for the sole purpose of being eaten. Paul Watson is a saint.

As a sailor and diver I know the obstacles.
Great tireless courageous man.We need thousands like him. There is a pod of 86 orcas slated for slaughter right here on the west coast because they eat salmon and fishing is negatively affected.Of course the fishermen are winning by killing the offending orcas.FOR SHAME
