This Country has lost all sense of common sense.

This was a childhood issue, that has gone on in many schools back to the one room school house. A trip to the Office by all the children involved would of been sufficient to try to find out what went on. A good talking to, some apologies, an extra homework assignment, a repayment of the $5 if guilt could be determined.

Did he have the money on him? But call in the police? For 7 year olds?

Robbery and assault charge. Are they serious? Makes it sound like he was a hardened bank robber that punched out the Teller stealing the money.

Meanwhile the "real" criminals on Wall St and such still go on business as usual, the Oil Barons all continue to rape our lands, more of our citizens are behind bars than any other Country in the world for trumped up foolishness and non violent crimes that shouldn't even be crimes, and Banksters fleecing us in fees and scam mortgages.

I guess we can all be thankful the goons didn't mace or taser the child.

Wow, nice police brutality.
In Germany, two police officesr came to educate a class about some standard issue when a child complained that 5 euros got stolen from him. Naturally, the officers interrogated the pupils one by one, made some of them strip naked and searched them. Way to make people trust police.

Didn't get to comment yet but saw and noted earlier-and what COULD I comment? It leaves me without words..
For God's sake stand up and FIGHT this fascism! I am reading this outrage today, Jan 30, which of course reminds of Jan 30, 1933 - looks like you're speeding up to get there.
Thx Brian-hope your next news will be of more pleasant kind.

Remember the ol' days when parents had first dibs on handing down punishment? Next in line were principals and teachers. Clearly, this incident illustrates just how much of a police state our nation has become.
