There is a phrase that has come out of Buddhism, maybe it is a prayer to some: "May all sentient beings be free from suffering." Whales are certainly sentient beings, and the Japanese are acting poorly.

About bloody time our government did something, they've not been supporting Sea Shepherd the way they should have. Hope they continue to do the right thing. Go Sea Shepherd! Paul Watson you are my hero! And Bob Brown I kind of like you too :)
