Nuclear power produces toxic waste and is not a safe clean energy at all. Some scientists are blind to the truth or very good liars. Ty for this big sigh-inducing article.

The next generation of reactors are smaller modular units that will be able to recycle not only their own nuclear waste, but all of the nuclear waste presently stockpiled around the country. This will not be your grandfather's nuclear. No TMI, No Chernobyl, No Fukushima. Thorium reactors in particular do not require water for coolant and, due to their design, make meltdown impossible.

We need facts, not propaganda. No less a scientist than James Hansen, the father of climate change science, has emphasized the need to move away from fossil fuel #dirtyenergy and reduce carbon emissions by bringing new reactors online as quickly as possible. Climate change is the biggest threat of all to life on this planet and if we don't push all forms of alternative energy, including nuclear, solar, wave, and wind; then we are doomed.

The single biggest threat to fighting climate change at present is a poorly educated public being whipped into hysteria by disinformation by shills in the environmental movement that are paid by the oil and natural gas industries to discourage research and development of nuclear and other alternatives to fossil fuels.

Reactionary Luddite fears will condemn this world and all the life upon it to certain extinction. We must do everything that we can if we are to have any chance of surviving climate change. #Climatechanged

Fear of technology blocking action to fight climate change may be the tipping point that sends all life on this planet to extinction. We have to cure our species of its horrible addiction to fossil fuels by any and all means necessary.

I sadly agree the tipping point is moving in the wrong direction, Brian. I just want to know what it's going to take for the "Brilliant Minds & Decision Makers" to see that it's time NOW to smell the coffee & act
"Responsibly" for our our planet's survival!!!!!~ Dirty fossil fuels simply HAVE TO GO & time is running out!!!!!~

It will take sticking all the decision makers on a melting iceberg where there very future depends on the berg not melting...and a few hungry polar bears for encouragement.
