<p>This is remarkable in that anyone who works for Home Depot and has that as their only income (no spouse, retirement, side business, inheritance,alimony,child care,etc.!)is on the very fringe of buying food,affording housing, or a car!</p>

<p>And a large percentage of those who do have health insurance still can't use because of co-pays,deductibles, and the difference in billing between what the insurer pays and what the doctor charges the patient. </p>

<p>and restaurants... and people affording homes... and movies... and .... and...</p>

<p>It seems quite possible that many people are being arrested also under questionable circumstances to help build this database in the booking process. </p>
