This is good news, but what we have to do is shut down all the Puppy Mills, then they would not have suppliers. That is what this bill should be targeting. Noted. Thanks Giana

I am concerned as to how they will accomplish oversight to enforce. Will everyone who places an ad on something like Craig's List have to supply a license number? If so, that really great news!

I wish governments would stop seeing puppy mills as a business that brings money into their states, but instead see them as horrible examples of animal abuse and neglect.

Wonderful news! They should be shut down completely, They are evil and make the dogs breed until they can't breed and then kill them.
