Great idea and the best part of it is that it can be airlifted by helicopter, such as the Sikorsky Skycrane, to areas where there would be no way to deliver the facilities by ground transport.

The Army, back in the late 60's and the 70's, had a module for the Skycrane that was specifically built as a field hospital. If they got hold of a few of those, they could make a similar conversion even easier. And it would be bigger, too.

This is brilliant! There are so many uses for these containers that sit in the thousands collecting dust. Housing for the homeless & even the average wage earner. I also think they could be used as mock basements in areas with tornadoes. If they were installed underground with adequate ventilation I think it could be a safe haven for people needing safety during a tornado

Great idea and I am happy that is fulfilled! ;)
As well this can be a model how to build small clinic for the remote areas + can be easily transported via truck or helicopter :)
