She started at the age of 30yrs..........my goodness !...if i had started at 15yrs,i don't think i would ever be as flexible.....Thank you Julia

i was amaze and you admire this kind of people age is only numbers, is how you feel and take care of your mind and body it makes a lot of difference and never think you're old you can do anything if you put your mind to it.

Wow! Thanks for posting Julia, such an inspiration this woman is. Have to show this to my mom, who is 73 years old & still insists on doing a handstand every birthday, just to prove to herself that she can still do it. And she does, by the way & quite well. lol!
