In my opinion every hunting should be outlawed and fined harsh, especially if the animals are endangered!

But, didn't Canda outlaw the hunting of grizzly bears? If so, this man should face jail time, not only a fine!

It is still allowed, Melania P. As of Nov 30th this year they are banning trophy hunting of the bears in British Columbia Canada, but hunting them for meat will still continue. I'm sure they will get around the ban by hunting for their trophy and donating the meat.
