It's bad enough that lions are being poached to the brink of extinction and now they're being eaten??!! Come on!! Really??!! What is wrong with people! There are plenty of things to eat...and to those whom eat exotic animals just to be different, thinking you're all're nothing but a bunch of self important ignoramuses, or might I say "ignoram-asses" stop being so selfish and ignorant and leave animals alone, they are mothers and fathers, they have young and they have a lot more intellect and compassion then any one of you neanderthals.

So sad to think -some get their enjoyment from doing -something out of the ordinary ,at the expence of the death of a rare and beautiful animal, they are depraved individuals who have lost their compassion and their humanity.

Signed. I could never eat one of these beautiful creatures. Whoever is supplying this should be horse whipped and flogged.

signed. Is it the sign of a "brave" person to eat a dead lion? Why not eat a freshly caught dead sewer rat? As far as fear and icky factor, that is far more bold than to eat an old tame zoo animal.

Signed. I heard on the news a couple of weeks ago, in the past 5 years, the consumption of beef has gone down 19%. Sounds like people are getting smarter about eating meat.

In nature it is extremely rare to find a carnivore such as a lion eating the flesh of another meat eater. There is a tendency for carnivores that eat carnivores to not last too long as evolution frowns upon this practice. Humans however, in their ignorant arrogance are slowly but surely subconsciously rendering themselves extinct (unfortunately taking many other species with them). This is just one more symptom of this tendency. Eating the flesh of large mammals like whales and the flesh of carnivores is often tied up with the mind-f***k world of “Sympathetic Magic” that has some overweight impotent twerp with too little IQ and too much money seriously imagining that chomping on a bit of lion or shark or whale or other exotic beast will imbue him with the characteristics that animal he is eating and give him back his virility health and power. Of course the USA and European governments make a specialty of importing those with this kind of mind set as if they did not have enough of their own idiots already!

Why can't people who eat this get ebola or some other deadly, incurable, painful disease?
