Total waste of money on rubbish. whats the significance of rebuilding the temple when there's so much good that can be done with the funds?

Wow. Sounds amazing. Art is food for the soul, so this is going to be something good. Hopefully, the rebuild/restoration will encourage tourism, which would bring more money to the area, with which more good things could be done.
