I so love how he takes the ordinary stuff few pay attention to and makes it hilariously funny. And I really loved his put-'im-in-his-place bit on O'Reilly!

I never miss The Daily Show or Colbert....makes me sleep better. I was particularly glad to see them report on AZ and our crazy legislature. Unfortunately, as our state gets a "bad rep" and many criticize and belittle, realize that we have a strong Progressive voice in So. AZ and are seeking to change our state from red to blue. Any outside help is greatly welcomed! Thanks, Kit.

Romney loss marked the moment when the sit com family of the 1950....ceased to be real.

Gotta love Jon.

Didn't any one tell Romney that the election was over and he lost? Why the after election rallies, licking his wounds in public?

I don't even know if mitts doesn't think the election's over, it's simply that he can't believe that he didn't cater to the 100% of America, he truly believes anyone who's genuinely working is a millionaire, or ought to be! His tunnel vision is a terminal illness! I love Jon, so I t-vo and watch the following morning!

Thanks Kit, I really enjoyed this show! What bothered me the most, was those crumbly old coots are the same ones writing and putting in place all the laws about the grazing, wolves and sending the poachers in me and my teams faces... these are the ones i am having so much trouble with and they are the ones stuck in the ancient old ways... now i see why our laws are having so much grid lock...and they are stuck with the rich running around in our woods carrying all the guns killing all the wildlife and our minorities fighting our wars

What makes Jon Stewart so effective at what he does, aside from his obvious talent and superb timing and delivery, is that he's so well-informed. Anyone can poke fun at a subject or at another person, but to do it effectively, you have to know your stuff. He made a great point about Bill O'Reilly's status now and what it would have been a century ago as an Irishman in America. Things change. People accept and move forward.

Well, smart people do, anyway. I watched the portion about Arizona. I'm afraid the home of finger-waggin' Jan Brewer and a mentally-diminished John McCain just don't get that "acceptance" thing that's needed in order to move forward. Their state government is a joke, and I feel sorry for the people who are affected by their Republican-led legislators' misguided decisions. How proud they must be to have a state gun! No NRA influence there!

Don't feel bad, Kit! I didn't get that bippy bag full of goodies either. Maybe it's because I live in NY state, or maybe it's because Obama had me as soon as Romney opened his mouth...

I couldn't get this video in my area but Joel Stein in Time had a pretty funny article about "free stuff" and he reconned that those who get the most free stuff are the rich folks.

Noted and thanks Kit. Wish I could see it but I have problems w/land-line speed, no t.v. either. Slow internet is main source of new "News", plus the local library.
