We don't eat fish, or we do not have to. Dulse contains the two essential omaga-3 fatty acics. There is a sprout available in health food stores that has eighteen times the omega-3 fatty acids as salmon.

I would like to campaign America on saving the fish species by eating alternatives. If you are interested in working with me please write.
