first and foremost those people need food housing heath education, helping them to help themselves without patronizing those country. yes they do need technology but to help them!have they all gone mad to expect those country to compete!!!!!!!!!
underprivileged people fom all country should be help..........there is misery everywhere.......
Globalisation of poverty ,to serve a few .it is what this world is becoming righ in front of our eyes every second!!!!!!!!!!
