On Jan. 29, a young German shepherd mix was impounded at the Lancaster, Calif., Animal Care and Control facility. The two-year-old dog's intake photo speaks volumes.

People who abandon pets are the second lowest form of life on earth.

If I lived in Cali still, that dog would not be in that shelter! I can guarantee that as I had an acre of backyard fenced in and had many rescue dogs as well and got them forever homes. All right homies from Cali lets get this resolved ASAP and get to stepping and get this innocent beautiful animal out of where he does NOT belong, period! You can do it, I know you can and I am praying as well because there is without a doubt...Power in prayer!!!

Awe poor soul. It is high time that we have tougher laws for animal cruelty! If we want to have a more civilized and safer society, we must take animal cruelty very seriously by passing and enforcing much harsher penalties. I hope and pray he finds a loving home. L♡ve ☮ Peace.

No governments anywhere in the world take enough responsibility where unwanted animals are concerned
None of them seem to give any funds to help the shelters and charities that help animals They all turn a blind eye
They do not give harsh enough penalties for cruelty or for dumping animals Something needs to be done humans may think they are superior to animals so dont bother about what is happening out there but there are a lot of us still in the world that do care and more should be done has to be done They dont ask to be born !!
