The following post was shared on Tuesday:

Gypsie needs a home TODAY!!!!! He is a border collie mix arond 4 years old. He is great with other dogs and loves everyone. He is getting over kennel cough. Please don't overlook him because of his cough, he has been at the shelter for a MONTH now!!!
Border collies are intelligent, athletic, herding dogs who enjoy exercise and mental stimulation. Please take a moment to network this lovely dog, before he is gone.

Call 281-342-1512 if you can foster, adopt or rescue this dog.

He's a beauty, Sophia! I wish I could rescue them all - however, we have all we can handle. I did 'tweet' your post though. I wish I had known about him a month ago, it would have given more time to get the word out about him. I pray he will get to go to a loving home TODAY!

This is breaking my heart. It would cost nearly $300 to gets Pets LLC to transport up to Missouri, and I just don't have it now. So sad!

Please please God, soften someone's heart enough to give this beautiful dog a forever home - he really deserves it. Shame, my heart breaks for these animals and if I was not so far away I would definitely have given him a home where he can experience abundant love and kindness.

Hope this beautiful dog is saved. I live in the UK, so am unable to take him, but can say from personal experience that Collies are wonderful dogs and make great pets for the right owner.
