This sounds like a nightmare!

I think I read somewhere that some of the coal from mountaintop removal mining in Virginia ends up in power stations to help supply electricity to Toronto. Perhaps we should encourage people in Toronto to save on power to help this cause! And get other consumers active in rejecting this kind of coal.
