Spielberg's "Lincoln" was AWESOME. The Director surely could take you "Back In Time" when things were more simple & primitive, made use of in the 1860's. And Daniel Day Lewis moved me with this film like hardly any other actor has ever done.

This was truly an amazing film about an amazing member of our human race. Lincoln (the film) remained on point though it could have run down many trails that would have diminished the value of its main character. My wife and I are somewhat knowledgeable of Lincoln's historical story which helps digest some of the film's content.
