With only about 2,000 Gangetic river dolphins left in India, Bihar government is planning to set up Asia's first research centre in Patna to save the endangered mammal.

I hope they will not open an aquarium then go kidnap and imprison them! I also hope they won't be attaching crap on them! Zoos have started calling themselves something else so I don't trust words like research centre anymore, only when I have the proof that they don't torture animals and really help them that I trust an organisation.
