Moved by Howie's story and the love people had for him? Make kinder choices in Howie's honor, like adopting a vegan lifestyle. RIP Howie, Thanks Jill.

Thanks Jill for this sweet story. Howie was a very handsome big boy and i'm thrilled to know he lived a full life surrounded with kindness and lotsa love. I wish that all the other billions of animals could be even half this lucky. Perhaps one day. RIP Howie.

Thank you Jill for this beautiful post.

I am an Animal Place supporter.

Howie, an angel here on earth, has passed, but there are millions of his kin suffering and dying
every day thanks to the beef industry. If only the world could see the beauty and intelligence of
these amazing creatures.

Then McD's and Burger King would be forced to serve veggie burgers....or completely go out of business.

Sending a Green Star is a simple way to say "Thank you."

You cannot currently send a star to Jill because you have done so within the last week.

Rest in peace dear Howie. This dear fellow is making friends on the other side of the rainbow bridge. Please stop eating meat, all these animal victims are precious beings.

Every animal deserves to live a life like Howie. Sadly most don't get that chance. RIP Howie, I'm sure you inspired many people to stop eating animals. Vegan here :)
