A total of 430 newly-recruited rangers, of the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) graduating today are set to join the other armed conservations in efforts to fight rampant poaching in the protected areas.

I guess I have become so jaded to the crumbs they continuously throw us regarding all their "attempts" to stop this problem, I found the above quote in the article laughable. Hell, even I can field strip a gun..
Though it is anything but for those animals in need of real champions. Thanks Jilli
