I know this usually isn't what I post about, but I once watched an A & E special on this and the pedophiler had graduated to murder. They stabbed this guy something like 53 times, they hit every organ in his body, and guess what? He lived. I had goose bumps because I knew I was looking at pure evil. Now taxpayers dollars are spent to keep him save from the AryanHood.

(The alcohol is home-brewed prison wine called "pruno" made from fruit and ketchup smuggled from the cafeteria.) And they begin to kill, including two prison guards in one day. Members of the Brand communicate through Morse code on prison bars, they whisper through vents in a convoluted rhythmic code language called "carnie," they manufacture invisible ink out of urine, and use a secret scrambled language originally created by Sir Francis Bacon.

But the Brand's reign of terror may soon be coming to an end. Sixteen Brand members are currently on trial in Los Angeles and Santa Ana. With the aim of winning capital sentences for crimes committed in prison, the case is designed to take down the Aryan Brotherhood the same way the mob was dismantled decades ago. If federal prosecutors can make their case, it will yield as many as 23 death penalty convictions, more than any other case in U.S. history. The trials are estimated to last nine months.

Manson follower Leslie Van Houten denied parole 18th time

EVen other inmates hate Manson because they see him as a child killer. The Aryan Brotherhood prison gang rejected Manson's request to join them in the early 70's because he had killed a pregnant woman. While they protected him for a few years because he had his female followers smuggle weapons and drugs for the Brotherhood, he eventually ran out of women, they tried to kill him. Since then the authorities have protected him but that didn't keep a Hare Krishna from lighting him on fire in 1984.

Ziska extolled the virtues of white power, according to federal prosecutors. He shaved his head bald, sported a skull tattoo with lightning bolts blazing out of its mouth, symbolizing “SS,” and was intolerant of other races. He fit in well with the strict rules and regulations of the Nazi Low Riders white prison gang.

The Nazi Low Riders emerged as a white-supremacist prison gang in the late 1970s and early 1980s. The Ride took over control of the California prison system’s main yards when the Aryan Brotherhood, the leading white prison gang, was systematically disciplined by the Corrections Department and placed in administrative segregation. The Ride agreed to continue the AB's illegal activities and, in 1999, the Ride became a validated prison gang, along with the Mexican Mafia (Eme) and the Black Guerrilla Family.

Membership in the white-race group is by invitation only. New members must commit a violent act and be sponsored by a “senior.” In addition, the gang follows strict rules of conduct. Members cannot work with law enforcement, associate with known sex offenders or engage in “race mixing.” Race mixing includes dating out of your race, and eating with or touching food prepared by another race. While in prison, Ride members must participate in mandatory exercise and physical-training programs and take part in “roll call” — where they identify themselves as members. Members must also donate 10 to 30 percent of all items received through the mail or purchased at the prison store to the shot caller, or senior member, who passes some of it along to members in secure housing units. A member can be stabbed or killed if he rapes or disrespects a fellow member, or claims to be a member before obtaining membership status.

The gang holds power through intimidation and violence. Stabbing is considered a badge of honor.

If a white inmate is in violation of gang rules, it is the white inmates who take care of it. Snitches and child molesters are called “trash.”

Ziska helped clean up the “trash,” or “lames.”

The indictment accused Ride members of ordering hits, committing violent acts, intimidating witnesses, extortion, drug trafficking and numerous weapons violations. The two who agreed to testify against Ziska, in return for lighter sentences for themselves, were Brian “Skully” Roberg and Robert “Bobbo” Wilson, both of whom became Ziska’s pals inside prison walls.

In 2001, Roberg pleaded guilty and received a plea agreement in return for testifying against Ziska. He also was given $2,000 by the FBI for his troubles.

“It was something that I was thinking about for some time,” he said. “I started talking to them [the FBI] initially because of my request. I wanted to change what was getting me busted in my lifestyle.”

It would be Ziska’s undoing. It would also open the floodgates for many more inmates to come forward.

Better they never get released from prison anyway, we all know how the pedophile cries over having to register as a sex offender, how their life becomes so difficult. Because this particular bully cares nothing about a childs rights, only their own.

There are all kinds of gangs and affiliations in prison. Pedophiles deserve the lower ranks as well as those of child abusers, child murderers and their ilk. Prisoners do not like child abusers and go after them. Some of those prisoners have been victims of abuse in their childhood. Prison is definitely not a healthy place to live. Least I forget, the women prisons have similar problems or should I say, life styles as well.

Here in Nebraska sexual predators of all sorts are placed in a special section of the prison. Unfortunately there seems to be some sort of acceptance being granted to them by all but the extremely violent prisoners. At the very least Life imprisonment without parole should be the penalty for sexual predators.

These people are sick and I'm with Tim on this, these low lifes deserve anything they get within the system. The thing that worries me is that it's not going away, and what sort of people are watching these pics and videos? They are just as bad as the perpetrators and they should be put away too.

Let me stand up as the devils' advocat - but someone has to. We all, if I reacall correctly state on our profiles that we are against violence - of any kind? That we have role models like Mahadma Ghandi, Mother Teresa, Martin Luther King, Albert Schweizer and the list of great men and women goes on - all of these people have one thing that distinguishes them from us "mortals" - they are absolutly NON-VIOLENT.
Life is life - we have no right to take it. We have no right to justify murder, rape, mutilations etc as "justified due to the crime the victim had commited to a third party". It is my believe, that this is exactly where we fail. Starting with this, maybe we can assume that this is amongst other reasons - the problematic with high security prisons. Prisons have a society of their own. There is a legislation of the inmates and a very strict structured society and with that penal codes, rewards etc. You readily take a stance against paedophiles = greek for "child friend" and throw them in with child molesters - actually someone who layed hand on a child, while a paedophile might have only "looked at" children or pornographic materials. Down the same alley yes, but not the same. A recovering alcoholic does not revert for looking at alcohol and neither does anyone get charged with dwi for sitting in a bar. I am not saying that it is right and ok to be a paedophile, but we should see it as an affliction of the mind. Again we find individuals with problematic child abuse histories. These idiviuals most likely suffered some form of "mental castration" and would need mental health care, counseling and support to come forward and obtain help. yet what do we do? We condem. PERDIOD. We do not even give it a second thought.
Child molesters are in a much further advanced state, then your paedophile. There the psychological inhibitor between "thinking" and "doing" is broken. This is dangerous, as the individual will break down step by step this border more and more. Closed institution for the duration of life should be the sentence as sexual urge does not go away just because we lock someone up for a spell. BUT! These people can and should work and contribute to their keep....
THe Arians - well what has this criminal club to do with the arian race picture of the PRE-Hitler eara? Not much let me tell you. Being white (intelectual trash) that is all. Yes, I am German and I am an Arian - that is my race, but not by ideology as we know it today or better use the term.
They fight against all minority groups and those minority groups fight amongst each other and against them. Usually jobs and "bussiness" are divided between racial groups and by crimes. Those lucrative enterprises are drugs, ciggs, sexual services, killings .....
You take a heap of men or women only, lock them up in spaces much too small to keep their idividual space (note if these would be animals we all would agree) such causing constant stress syndrome in over crowded facilities, feed them on extreme poor nutrition (we know of affects to the mood of people), season all this with boredom, lack of sexual release, personle over worked, underpayed suffering the same stress syndrome and presto! - What you got? A system that is not reforming but, creates exactly that what we set out to eradicate. Numerous studies have been done to this effect, prooving that our penal system in it's execution is wrong. We are punishing by centuries old laws AND methods.

Once again we are punishing, instead of preventing, protecting our children. And once it happened what do we do for the children, for their families?

Yes!!! I AM ANGRY!! Very much so, everytime I read stuff like this, because I know it happens. Because I have on-line friends who struggle to find their life and to forgive their assilants, because forgivness means "letting go" - putting closure to what happened to you.

Violent talk just makes them shrug and hide in themselves - all they want is to be held and comforted - protected!

Violence breeds Violence! Listen in your heart - listen to Mahadma Ghandi, to Mother Theresa, Martin Luther King, - and today of all days: JESUS CHRIST - or Buddah, or Mohamed or ........

Isabella, You make some valid points, but some have holes in them. I will respond to a few:

You need to consider that these individulas have chosen to break the law. While I understand that some people may have been abused themselves, at some point and on some level the VAST majority of them know what they are doing is wrong. For those who truely are not able to understand the difference, they should be [mentally] institutionalized. The rest get to suffer the consequences of their choices. They have chosen to put themselves in harms way by doing what they did. They didn't plan on getting caught, but they knew the consequences if they did.

We, (the people), have every right to take life, where appropriate. See Genesis 9:6 in the Bible. [To head off anyone responding with "Thou shalt not kill," it is actually more accurately translated as "Thou shalt not commit murder."]

On "Violence breeds Violence!", I KNOW that is also not true, and it too is Biblical, see Proverbs 13:24.

...but again, you make some valid points...on others, I will agree to disagree agreeably...

Edward - I am an abuse survivor and at least for me - I know what I am talking about - there are enough behavior studies to cement my statement that Violence breeds Violence. It breaks down all natural inhibition against violence and teaches an other human being that violence is ok. Our prisons are not "reforming or correcting" anybody - they just enhance this wrong behavior, hence so many relapses. As for the "merchants" and "vendors" as well as the "coyotees" etc - of child pornography - yes they make a choice and should be sentenced to max. penalty, along with human trafficers etc.
As for a "sex offender" the choice - meaning the coniensious choice is a very grey matter. Let me make a very superficial example: A boy playing with himself, does not want to be caught - just the oposite I suspect - so why does he still do it? Sexual urge is the strongest urge, beside the urge to feed. This is nature.
As for the bible quotations - I could find you passages out of context to almost anything i would like to. Your role model is Jesus Christ - you think he would heve executed someone? He died for our sins - it is easter - he was executed for crimes the then people thought had the right to kill for.
This is NOT a biblical discussion - it is a discussion about prisons and how well they work, set against the background of a pedophille.

Protection and awareness - seeing - really seeing those are the best methods to my knowledge. Most abuse and sexual abuse are commited by the childs' closest social circle - family & friends!
Listening to the "victims" is also a good measure - believe your children, talk with them not to them. Don't plant them in front of the TV or DVD or PC and let the program do the educating and raising. Come back to old
values of family dinners and quality time. You would save more children doing this, but punish in some midevil ways the purps. I am not protecting these people - don't get me wrong. But this talk that is going on here - WILL NOT SAVE CHILDREN! IT WILL NOT PREVENT!
Sad, that nobody asks what is done to prevent, to therapy the victims. Why mentally rape yet again the victim, by taking away their right to be heard?

I am aware of the damage done to pedophile victims, but try to put yourself in the offenders position. Imagine every attempt of contact with a person you are sexually atracted to, or simply viewing pornography may get you into prison, were you will be beaten up, raped or in some cases even murdered. I'm not trying to make excuses for pedophiles, but I pity them and surely wouldn't want a life like that. In my opinion they deserve isolation from other prisoners and special treatment.

Jim has a very good point about womens prisons. Most women in prison are mothers, a large majority are there for breaking the law trying to feed their kids. THey have no tolerance for other women who abuse of kill children. This would be a very good story for somebody to do. If nobody does one, I'll try to.
Isabella I admire your wonderful forgiving nature, & your stand for non-violence. I also adire all the great men you acknowledged, however on myspace you'd see I'm a strong supporter of ALF.
I believe in violence as a last resort. Whatever it takes to protect the innocent and those who are defenseless.

who did NOT touch any one is in prison he signed the plea agreement so his
daughter(not by blood but he loved her like his own)would not have to face

Thanks Kathy for the post. I especially want to thank Isabella and Rod for their personal comments because what they had to say makes sense to me. I do believe that children need protection from predators as I also believe that prisoners should be separated to prevent additional crimes from happening within the prison system, whether it is because of gang affiliation, race issues, sexual issues or whatever it may be. I feel that the current prison system we have in the U.S. does not work, is corrupted and is almost beyond repair. I say almost because I still have hope. When the biggest criminals at the top are charged for their crimes, sentenced and put behind bars then I will know that the system is beginning to work as it was meant to. But for now I have no trust in the U.S. prison system and especially our government. There are too many innocent people who are put in prisons and their lives ruined permanently while many of the most corrupt criminals are free. Prisons are a money making business and it should not be. There are changes that need to be implemented but the way things are going I don't see that happening. People need to work together for change to happen and to make life better for all by helping to find solutions to our problems in our society.

I don't feel sorry for these people one bit. I just nailed a SOB for being on myyearbook.com using an alias. It is illegal for them to be on websites with chat on them under Kansas law. I have nailed many in the past for being on sites that have minors on them. Pedophiles are sick, evil, and destroy everyone they touch. They rob children of their childhood, their innocence, and any feeling of safety they have. The treatment they get in prison is deserved. They need to be locked away for life. The one I nailed on myyearbook.com did not serve any jail time only two years of probation. Its disgusting that that was his punishment.
