I found this site by accident, I was horrified when I read this. We all get mad at the abuse of animals and make statements, but this is just sick.
It scares me because it so lacks compassion. The one thing that animal activists keep screaming for is education and compassion.

Joycey B (750)

Is this a joke? It is so disgusting. I am horrified by it. This needs to be gotten off the site. And at the top it says The Church of Euthanasia. This is one sick guy. Noted with nausea. Thanks Kathy.

I'm going to assume that this was written "tongue in cheek", but will
probably have any number of people that will assure us that it is dead
serious. Some will even comment that once we're dead what does it matter.

The problem is, there are sick people out there who won't look at it as a way of making a point and may well use it as the guide is written. That is the biggest danger here and one we won't ever really be able to control as long as the internet is uncensored.

Thanks Kathy.

I totally agree that sites like this one lead to others as seeing this type of behavior as acceptable. It's not, and I also worry about those who will follow this. Try to teach compassion and you'll always have those who are out there teaching cruelty and sickness. I don't suppose the authorities are looking into this & this kind of sickness, instead of running down animal activists:(

OMG, Kathy, I couldn't read down too far. I didn't seem real "jokish".

Overpopulation is a serious threat, almost 7 billion of us and it was just 6. Let's hope this group doesn't have a say in how we deal with it!

Noted, thank you Kathy.

Reminds me of the movie, "Soylent Green"... "Soylent Green is a 1973 dystopian science fiction movie depicting a future in which the greenhouse gas effect results in severe damage to the environment. This leads to widespread unemployment and poverty. Real fruit, vegetables, and meat are rare, commodities are expensive, and much of the population survives on processed food rations, including "soylent green" wafers."

More information and details on the movie:

There is a chart of fun facts: a comparative list in percentages, amounts and costs of producing animal protein versus grain production. Included are water consumption, effects of antibiotics and other related figures in the production of animals and plants for food consumption at:

Yes, this site is somewhat a bit misleading in some respects but it does have legs. it has links to other web sites about population control, morning after pills, aids, CIA population figures and a host of other but related sites, information you generally do not see hardly at all. This is not for everybody. But, it does open the mind towards 'food for thought' and yes, no pun intended.

TY, Kathy.

Excuse me - but what is the difference between slaughtering animals and humans? One is called food and the other war casulties?
Let's face it - consuming the flesh of humans is the only taboo still standing - and why? Because of the risk of transmitted diseases - see canibalism.

Otherwise I think - or choose to believe this site as a hoax site.

At least I now know how to deal with the kitten ripper! To me humans are just another animal, why not eat them, specially the meat eaters, they are tasty, I am told.

This is extremely SICK - but so too is the slaughtering of innocent animals - It sounds like a slaughterhouse to do list - DISCUSTING - SO MANY humans are HEARTLESS & UNFEELING - plain EVIL - Thank God for those that DO have a heart & compassion like all of my Beautiful care 2 friends and the others that work so very hard to save our helpless animals !

I know what the person who did thay site is trying to say. He or she is comparing how the human animal is the same as the non human animal and how humans treat the animals used for food. The person explains why slaughter workers do what they do, vile isnt it. But its all true.

Some argue and say animal consumption is tolerable, thats only to those who do not know the facts and would rather keep their eyes closed.

In the end those animals still suffer from the false notion that humans can eat animals, that humans are supposed to.

But humans are not and never were meant to eat animals, there were never always those places, not always the guns, bows and traps. Ideas had to be created for all that.

So who was the first one to start all that? Who was the first mind to be so polluted?

I hope people realize that cannibalism is neither 'savory' or healthy. We can look to the historical accounts of ritualistic mortuary cannibalism in the head hunting tribes of New Guinea among the Fore which these accounts have been detaled in the Richard Rhodes book Deadly Feasts which also discusses piron disease in cows, sheep, deer, elk.

Piron disease is every where, even in human beings beyond those who practice cannibalism. I'm reading most recently reports of Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease which is kuru. Mad cow, and scrapie in sheep are also kuru.

There is nothing healthy about cannibalism. So websites like the mentioned one for this article should be closed.

This site is a satire people, much like the site for Landover Baptist Church. These are well put together pieces poking fun of the way society thinks of things. It's a statement on how people behave poorly, and lets face it many people do, be it the name of religion or the way they breed their animals to slaughter for food, and I personally thought it was a funny if very obvious satire. As for people trying it because they saw the website...MAKE THESE PEOPLE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS. That's why the world is in the state it's in, no one feels they should be responsible for their actions. Think about it, a school shooting happens who do the adults put blame on? Movies music video games, where are the parents in these how do they not know their kids have guns? Where are the teachers why are they not involved? And the kids learn this from adults: It's not my fault, I'm from a violent home, I watched to many violent movies, I listened to Marilyn Manson...blah blah blah. In cases like that we need to look at the offenders mental health and if that isn't the problem by way of a legally proveable incompetance, lets look at where the kids get these movies and games etc. from. And let's look at our own reasoning while we're at it because we have to take responsibility if we're going to teach them.
So yeah, please for give me if I thought this was a brilliantly written satire, and if I'm not too terribly worried about someone trying it at home. I after all have seen all of the Hanibal Lector movies more than once and have never thought it would be great to eat someone's "liver with farva beans and a good chiante sthsthsth".

come on people, everything we eat is ALIVE, we kill it, and those of us who eat meat, well, we never worked in a butcher shop did we?!
we get our meat nicely cut, unbloody and packaged into cute little pretty packages
this guy may be 'sick' but he is not wrong, we are overpopulated
and humans are NOT the most important or only important thing on this planet

we should feed the damn meat eaters their peers instead of the poor animals
as long as we have such a need for factory farming

but, really friends, this is reminiscent of an paper i read years ago in college, i cant remember the name of the author, but he wrote a serious sounding paper about just eating or killing the poor people to solve the population crisis, or food shortage crisis

it was taken seriously by many, people were appaled and shocked
which was exactly his fucking point
people need to be shocked
there are too many of us for all of us to have meat every day
that is why factory farms exist!!!

shock is good
makes us wake up and THINK!

Jude, is the paper you read A Modest Proposal, by Jonathan Swift? Because I thought of that when I read this, I also thought of the Neil Gaiman story "Babycakes" which was esentially about the animals that people were testing on and eating disappearing, so they moved on to testing things on and eating babies, it stops the day after all the babies disappear.

Jude.....On the flip side of my prior comment sounds like a plan but I could never eat another human.

But, how many of you recall the book ALIVE? I was about a group of I believe soccer players whose plane crashed & x amount of those on board died. They crashed into an extremely remote mountain several thousand feet up. To stay alive a number of them ate a few of the dead until one lone soul decended the slopes & were finally rescued.

Even under these dire circumstances am not sure I could do it!!

Im not taking it as a joke, or a hoax. Someone above said it, SOLVENT GREEN. This topic has been thought of and discussed for ages. I honectly believe the planet is heading toward something very similar to this, and have been thinking so for a few years now, since bee colonies first began dying off. No bees? No crops. No crops no food. 7 HUNGRY BILLION PEOPLE...and I don;t believe they will just starve to death. If we don'y wake up soon and stop treating everything so light-heartedly, this type of senario has a very high probability that it will, indeed, MOST LIKELY OCCURE.

Marcla G (108)
Friday August 1, 2008, 5:21 pm
It's SOYLENT GREEN. I can not believe I am just now seeing this. This is my biggest fear. MAD COW disease comes from eating your own. Canabalism shows us this. Why I went organic. Monsanto and Bayer Corp. splicing human genes into our food.
We are getting so close to this, my biggest fear.
Grow your own food. Go vegan. Save seed while you can, before they start irradiating everything.
Mad cow/alztimers, check out the link.
Wake up people. before we are living SOYLENT GREEN.

Kathy, research what monsanto and bayer corp is splicing into the food, all of you who believe this can not happen, they have spliced human genes in so many of the food crops, well they are NOT food crops, but they are escaping into the food crops. RESEARCH PEOPLE. I feel like I'm MAD COW and am wearing a tin foil hat. WAKE UP. Look at us. Look at our society. We rely on drugs and doctors. rely on gmos and irradiated food. Food that has no nutrition. Processed bull$hit food. Quick easy cheap food.
I'll go back to my tin foil hat and grow my own food. Email me if you want fresh food. Instead of soylent green, or the equivilant. You all are eating it if you aren't organic or REAL food and not processed, easy food.

Myriah Maston (23)

Let's think about this logically, IF people were practicing cannibalism to the extent that this website talks about, they would NOT be airing their nasty little secret on the internet, where people can easily see it, report them and authorities can trace them. Sociopaths are not insane, to the point of incompetance, they just don't aknowledge the feelings of others. As for the eating babies in CHina, that myth is dispelled by, the original story started with an art exhibit of fake babies, international authorities DID investigate and find the source of the pictures, a very ell doctored set of fakes used as a social commentary art exhibit. Sure they pad it up with rants from people like Valerie Solanas, but there are lots of places to find the SCUM manifesto on the web. From what I know Valerie Solanas, she never ate anyone, in fact the only extrordinary thingshe did was shoot Andy Warhol nonfatally.

A valid point-of-view. Should NEVER be censored.
There is nothing here illegal. You can't censor something because of what someone MIGHT think or do after reading it.
There's a lot of porn out there on the Internet too. Some of it really gross stuff. Can't censor it, and shouldn't try. If you don't like it, then don't look at it.

This site advocates the viewpoint also held by a medieval Christian sect called the Cathars. I.e., that the body is vile and only the spirit is pure; therefore, don't procreate, don't bring children into this sorry world.
If you don't like that, fine. If you feel good expressing your distance from that kind of thinking, fine. We do have Freedom of Speech, thank goodness. Both pro and con.
Freud also talked about THANATOS, the Death Wish, which is talked about at great length here.
I find this interesting to read. The bit about butchering a human carcass, tho, I skipped parts of that. Too much for me. There are plenty of other things to read on this site, if you are in the mood for morbidity.
If it weren't interesting at some level, I wouldn't read it. Nobody is forcing me, or you, to read it.

I don't feel I have to show my "goodness" by denouncing this, either.
It is just part of interesting, sometimes freakish, human diversity. Diversity of thought and opinion. Can learn from diversity, some things, too.

By the way, cannibalism is not-too-uncommon. Even today. More in the past. If the corpse is healthy, it is a perfectly healthy thing to do {in the physical sense}. 19th-century shipwrecked sailors, the Donner Party in California, possibly the Scott Arctic expedition, yes, those Argentinians whose plane crashed in the high Andes, Jeffrey Dahmer...... some of the more famous examples. After WWI there was cannibalism in Europe among starving people. There's been in Russia. There were tribes in South America for whom humans were their main source of protein, it is said..... It is also mentioned in the Bible {as taking place when cities are besieged and run out of food}.

There are a lot of sources where this butchering thing could've come from. Preparing cadavers and skeletons for anatomy lessons, for one thing.... as well as parallels with butchering other large mammals......and even ethnic sources......

This site is not a hoax - but part of a sick 'movement",cult - gothic or devil worship. They do participate in demos and rent billboards - the good Rev. is a cross dressing "artist"...

This is not as big as you might think - plus, it not only advocates canibalism (which is a crime as it would be and very unlikely), but sodomy, .... etc. I makes you think and as such it does have it's justification.

Plus it has an adult rating. Question is: What will you read into it and what will you gain from it? Other than that - I would not worry to much. just another sign of teens and youngsters thinking more and more weird stuff, trying to provoke - and succeeding I might ad. We all should go bak to our roots and think about human values, before we demand lower oil prices to fuel even more our conumerism. The world has enough resorurces for all of is - would we be willing to share - but we are not - are we now? So conspirancy theories, fear and panic, hate sites, they all conviniently re-direct our thoughts. Stay focused people on what YOU can do - and live by it. In MHO then you have nothing to worry about.

Strangely, I felt really smart.

Sunday August 3, 2008, 7:05 am
Well, the story did what it was supposed to do. It made everyone think. Personally, it made me sick as well as think. I saw a T-shirt in a mall once. It was of two deer with a rifle and hanging upside down in a tree were two humans. I was young then and thought it was merely humorous. When I got older I realised what the creators of the shirt were trying to get across. I believe this story is very serious and very scary because there are people out there that will try it. There are Hannible Lectors in this world. These people are very sick but they do have freedom of speech. As someone above said: If you don't like it don't read it. I also believe they are trying to make a point and that everyone here got it. I agree with MarciaC. Plant your own seeds. Grow your own food. Lay off the meat. It's not a bit good for you. Even if you live in an apartment you can do it. We need to go back to the way things were done many many years ago. A month and a half ago I became a vegetarian and it was the best thing I ever did.

So I'll make the spell check happy and call it Planet X. Anyone who has not ascended to a spiritual level to escape into the next parallel universe will be left as fodder for the cannibals who will be left on a world without food and water that is palatable. By spiritual is having faith, so I am not saying anything against any religion, what I am saying is to be spiritual you must not condone killing of any sort and that includes WAR. So if you are for WAR you are not spiritual/Christian/Muslim/any other as well.Of all the "Commandments" Thou shalt not kill is the biggy.

This update on that bus where the guy got deheaded is starting to belong on this thread:(,21985,24136364-663,00.html
Bus behead victim Tim McLean eaten by killer
A MAN who stabbed, gutted and beheaded a fellow passenger on a bus in Canada also ate the victim and pocketed his nose, lips and ear, a court heard.

Chinese immigrant Vince Weiguang Li, 40, of Edmonton faces a second-degree murder charge in the horrific case.

The victim has been identified by friends as Tim McLean, 22, who was returning home to Winnipeg from a job as a carnival worker in Edmonton in Western Canada.

In his second court appearance, Li was overheard saying "please kill me."

Prosecutors said police observed him eating pieces of his victim when they surrounded the bus on a desolate highway about 90 kilometres west of Winnipeg immediately following the July 30 attack.

Li had decapitated the victim, sliced off an ear and bits of flesh and was taunting police and bystanders with the head, refusing to leave the bus and screaming "I have to stay on the bus forever," the Crown said.

According to reports, McLean had been asleep, his cheek pressed against the window of the bus when his assailant struck suddenly near dusk, stabbing him repeatedly in the chest with a "big Rambo knife."

The other 34 passengers and the driver were jolted by "blood-curdling screams" and fled, bracing the door on their way out to trap the assailant inside the bus, witness Garnet Caton told public broadcaster CBC.

McLean was stabbed 20-40 times, said prosecutor Joyce Dalmyn.

After a three-hour standoff, Li tossed a knife and scissors out of a broken window of the bus, jumped out and was subdued by police, the court heard.

In his pants pocket, police found several body parts hacked from the victim's face, said Dalmyn.

According to reports, Li worked mostly solitary jobs, including delivering newspapers and as a church custodian, since his arrival in Canada in 2004.

People who knew Li said the accused had showed signs of mental health troubles in the years leading up to the attack, but refused help.

His estranged wife told police he'd once been hospitalised for four days for strange behaviour, the court heard.

Li did not speak in court. He nodded yes when asked by the judge if he understood the seriousness of the charge and shook his head no when asked if he wanted a lawyer.

"He doesn't seem to want to engage in any discourse," his interim defence lawyer Randy Janis told AFP after meeting with Li to try to convince him to accept legal counsel.

"His few responses are non-verbal, there's very little eye contact. Occasionally, he'll nod or shake his head to answer," he said, describing Li as withdrawn.

The judge ordered a psychiatric evaluation of the accused before his next scheduled court appearance on September 8.

I've written this far too many times......Man literally has no common sense!!!!!!!!

Man has invented/developed the solution to avoid all of this! The PILL!! The 2nd tool would be language, the word NO. Rape & incest which can result in pregnancy are excluded for hardly anyone can say no forcefully enough to stop this behavior.

There will always be those who will procreate no matter if the earth is spilling over into each others borders & the seas. But, we keep right on procreating which will possibly lead us to this scenario. I'd eat roots out of the ground before eating any human flesh.

Generally I would have felt aghast to read one human butchering another till I read further about how we as humans slaughter other animals to show our manhood! We kill other humans in the name of cleanliness, religion and in some cases for the fun of it!

We as humans have destroyed the world we are living in by greed, for self preservation, through countless industrialization and many more. We keep finding new ways to destroy the world. Why do we have wars? Some say to prevent a political fallout, others say to save face and many more would say yo test new weapons.

In the event of all these tests and power and greed, those that are most at risk of being eliminated are not we humans, neither are our greed abated or our power weakened but the poor unfortunate animals. As humans we strive continuously to find new food.

After reading all these and more, I have come to a conclusion that before the world goes out of natural food source, we should explore the possibility of creating a human farm where humans are bred as cows and pigs are. When they are of age, they would be slaughtered for their meat.

It is a win - win solution; the animals get to live a bit longer thus becoming more in number and this would extent the lives of everyone and we get to reduce the world population to a comfortable level. I will not know what that level is but I would imagine it to be somewhere where humans and animals can share the land equally.

Many of you would be appalled by my opinion but let us take a back seat for a while and look at the world around us. We have war in Iraq, Afghanistan, Sudan and more. People are killed just because they are of different faith or for the control of power and oil. People die on our streets because of idiots who think they know how to drive. People die when someone enters their homes and more.

All this is wasted lives. From my point of view, all these killings can be reduced if we could put all these people who go about killing others and animals out of action by slaughtering them. Why put them behind bars?

I would hope we can do something about all this. The world would be a better place if we had this.
