..I think it's important to remember that WE ARE JUST PEOPLE and we make MISTAKES. Unfortunelty, many people ( I won't say most because I have not bumped into the over 3 billion ppl on the planet) are judemental and critical. The practice of compassion and empathy are not cultivated in our society..It was an DANGEROUS thing to do BUT let's remember that we have NO right to sit in judgement..least we be judged..tonya

Seems to me we are asked to make judgements on too little info. If the woman was drinking with a child at risk in her car, she should be punished and censured. I just think we don't have the right to make snap decisions.

yeah, we are ALL hypocritical or make mistakes in so way or another as we are human.

It says she was fired from her job. who knows maybe she wanted to be child welfare worker because of something that happened to her in her past but her past created the issues that makes her drink. We just do not know what caused her pain to do something so stupid as this. Anyways the father took the child so I am assuming the child is safe.
