The profits from the sale of any of Cate's work that she designates for inclusion in the group (on both Imagekind and redbubble) generates a 25% donation to theSusan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation.

Thank you Carole for forwarding this news link, very important. Having lost a sister in law to breast cancer and knowing some women on Care2 who are fighting breast cancer now, this is a wonderful thing that Cate is doing. I do wish Cate much success in her life and her generosity of sharing her skills and her gifts to help others.

Wonderful news... thanks for the article, Carole. There is so much support for breast cancer, I hope they'll soon find a cure.

It is inspiring to see someone use their talents like this and I wish nothing but the best for her. My grandmother lost her fight to breast cancer after a long battle and losing her was one of the most painful things in my life. Now a good friend is facing the same battle so this touches very close to home. Thank you, Carole, for giving us a chance to know about this.

Noted, thanks. I can't find her page on Care2. I live in CT and could possibly attend the exhibition if I know where and when.

She is in "hiding" right now while putting most of her efforts into her work. But, I'm sure she'll check back in on this article and see your comment -- AND BE PLEASED AS PUNCH!
