John D Rockefeller founded the Federal Reserve Bank in 1876, and set up the bank as a usary only, which means the money the bank loans to the federal government can not ever be paid back, and only the interest on the loan is paid, and nothing goes to the principal, therefore the debt cannot ever be repaid. The Federal Reserve Bank OWNS the US government.
What is striking about John D Rockefellr is the fact that he was a patato digger before he founded his bank. Everyone believes the bank was founded in 1913, but it wasn't. Before 1913 no working man or woman paid federal income tax. Then in 1933 Social Security was born under the FDR adminstration, and we have been getting screwed ever since. I have not paid federal income tax in over 15 yrs, and I have not ever been audited by the IRS the real thieves behind the banks. The IRS is a legal criminal enterprise founded by our elected officials. There has been talk in Congress regarding closing down the IRS, and raising sales taxes as means to make up what the IRS thieves won't be taking from us anymore. By eliminating the IRS the sales taxes will go to each individual state to pay for services need in each state. The working class will keep the money that the IRS currently steals from them every year. I will participate in the strike on April 15, '08. That's a guarantee...

Hans, Although I understand that the odds are against us, what are we to do? This IS OUR COUNTRY and WE MUST AT LEAST TRY to change what is wrong. Heck, most of us don't even have the money to re-locate to another country, even if we wanted to. There are times when I just want to "throw in the towel", but MY life and MY famly are all here, and I just CANNOT give up hope. That little bit of HOPE is what gets me out of bed everyday, and I sincerly HOPE that we cannot only get this country on track, but the world as well. I WILL NOT GIVE UP. I have no choice. My family has never raised jellyfish, we have spines.
Hoping for as much support from our Friends in "Other" countries, we need all the help we can get!

A federal sales tax would unfairly burden the poor/working class because there are far more of them. While I don't like the FED I also don't like the Libertarian alternatives. Programs like Social Security and regulation like the SEC came about because Laisez-Faire brought us the crash of 1929 and the subsequent depression.

This hit a nerve and I researched and read many Annual Reports the Fed supplied to Congress. Interests are not of the supposed 10 primary stockholders, but in Privatization of Commercial Banks and their stock holders. The Fed protects some consumers and the only thing we can do is withdraw our funds and not use banks or financial institutions. Grams kept her cash in the mattress and did not have credit. Do the same and the system will fall. Self Educate, Don't Regurgitate! Stop being Sheeple!

The last year i worked ..somehow my accountant slipped up ..first time in ALL the years I worked..Somehow I owed $777.00 in back taxes.. weird amount, I know . Anyway I called a tax lawyer to see what I could do about this ..I was told ..Just Pay It.. seems that Tax lawyers don't help you (not even to get an extension..) if you owe LESS than $10,000...Don't believe me , call one yourself...The little guy has to pay his taxes, but if you are one of the big guys and you owe OVER $10,000 ..you only pay pennies on the dollar....That's kind of a neat trick..considering I've yet to see a law that said we HAVE to pay taxes in the first place..Have you..??..Think about it...There has NEVER been a law yet that has been passed that states we are to pay any kind of Income Tax....Like I said neat trick.

It's sad how many of us in the US are unaware of our history -- especially Thomas Jefferson and the Democratic Republicans -- who were opposed to the Federalists. It was the Anti-Federalists, led by Thomas Jefferson, who ensured freedom for the people by writing the Bill of Rights.

The Federalists, on the other hand, were mostly aristocrats, who wanted to consolidate power in the hands of a few elites. They wanted to set up the "Federal Reserve", national treasury, etc., to control the people through banking and finance.

I highly recommend a reading of "A People's History of the United States", by Howard Zinn! EYE OPENER!

30 years ago a man from WY told me that I didn't have to pay income taxes. I was young and thought he was goofy. I'd sure have some $$$ today if I had researched what he was telling me! Income taxes are only to be collected on Capital gains, like on stocks and CORPORATE PROFITS. NOT ON WAGES OF CITIZENS!

Kathy C -- You're absolutely right! There is NO ONE else running for President, who is WORTHY of our vote! I am an election official in the state of Virginia. There were many voters who came to the Primary and deliberately "spoiled" the ballot, darkening every circle on the ballot in protest.

When one of my co-workers said: "Well, what was the point of that", I said, "They're saying it doesn't matter WHO they vote for -- the election is rigged!"

I caused a big stink, because I said "the only candidates worth voting for are slowly being squeezed out of the race. The people are FED UP!"

I'm not sure I will work this next election. It just seems pointless to me anymore!

Since 2005 I refused to pay for the war so i did not have my taxes done, now my wages are being garnished-funny thing though since i am self employed when i do get my taxes done i'll actually be getting most of that money back.
hmmm will check out articles etc...but thought i did read somewhere in constitution that we can be "taxed." would love to know how to do otherwise. would gladly take %s and give to support NEA and other programs though.

Once one gets really educated and starts to see the big picture, it's not hard to understand why they have so wanted to get rid of net neutrality. We who have awaken want the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Mainstream/corporate media and those who control it want to give us lies, propaganda, hype, sensationalism and more lies. They thought they had sufficiently dumbed everyone down. I think they were wrong. Alex Jones says there are 2 things they are terrified of. 01.) The masses waking up and getting educated. 02.) The masses rising up. I have to admit, there is a 3rd thing Alex says they are terrified of, but I don't remember what it is. I think the 1st 2 are sufficient for the time being.

She wrote a book in 1999. 750 pages of truth and actual documents which expose the entire thing.

I too am thrilled to see the warm response to this discussion. I hope it grows into the stratosphere. The good guys must stick together.

Since the beginning of time there have always been those who are so filled with fear they have plunged themselves into the abyss of insanity and have become obsessed with lust for power and control, It is nothing new.

I think what is new is finding out that many seemingly in control of the United States Of America were not immune to this kind of mental and emotional dis-ease. People who have justified appalling behavior and have propelled themselves into believing they are superior, have the right to perpetrate and perpetuate atrocities that are morally and karmically wrong and incorrect, all the while declaring their beliefs and actions to be right.

I don't know how many could have foreseen criminally insane people somehow rising to positions of power in America? I know many of our forefathers warned against the very circumstances that have taken place over the last 100 years and circumstances which are happening now. As a general rule, I don't think many could have known in advance. Few would have had reason to suspect.

I do believe the truth sets us free and we have more truth available to us now than every in the history of America, or the history of the world for that matter. Seek and ye shall find. Hurray! I thought I was the only one! a little tip--it is illegal not to file so file but I don't send any money...This is the ultimate revolution. If we ALL did it... I wish... Bring them to their weak little knees... Or would the citizens of the US prefer to fund their own martial law??? (BTW, the truckers just did a strike here in the Bay Area and stopped their trucks on the freeways, traffic was gridlocked.)

I agree.......for a long, long time Webster Tarpley hsa been saying "we the people" need to go on general strike. This means to make a difference, we must STOP paying into the system. Buying everything we need from the local mom & Pop businesses that still exist is a great way to say NO to the big corporations. Buying all produce from local farmers markets. What we can't get from farmers markets we could hopefully grow ourselves. Big corporations are part of the ogliarcy. Walmart is especially connected because the owners of Walmart are attached at the hip to the power monger brokers and on top of that, they treat their employees, and customers like just so much chopped liver..........

We had a wonderful mom & pop hardware store. It was here long before we ever moved where we live, probably 50 years or longer. Thanks to Walmart, they could no longer hang on and were forced out of business. For over 50 years people who lived in our area relied on this hardware store for just about everything they needed. They didn't just sell hardware, they sold appliances and other things too. I felt broken hearted when I found out they were closing.

No one bothered to fight out here, few uttered a word when they built the first Walmart. Then Walmart decided to build a 2nd. 2 wasn't enough for them, they just had to build a 3rd one, this time a superstore. I couldn't believe people were deadly silent about it all. We don't need 3 bloody Walmarts here, we didn't need the first one. We might have a population of 150,000. Our entire city is probably only 15 miles long and 15 miles wide at the most. I tried to get people active in just saying NO to Walmart. Sadly it was a worthless exercise..........and now we've lost Newhall Hardware as the result...........very, very sad.

We MUST support mom & pop businesses again. By shopping mom & pop and doing everything we can to ignore the big corporations, the mom & pops will make the money and perhaps thrive again. The corporations will be left holding the bag. I realize big corporations provide jobs, but if enough mom & pops get enough business back and start earning enough $$$ again, they will provide much better jobs than big corporations do. It's always been said the best way to get someone's attention is through their pocket book. If enough people just STOP paying into the system it could get attention and start a new trend. Who would rather see Walmarts going out of business while mom & pops begin thriving again? It has been said that the cheap prices Walmart has offered was just to suck everyone in and once they have all the business, their prices will skyrocket. Another way to lower the boom. Why don't we send a message loud and clear.....

We should also start a campaign DEMANDING the return of hemp growing. The reason they started the huge campaign against marijuana and got everyone to believe marijuana is so bad was to eliminate hemp. If hemp was grown in America again, there would be NO NEED to EVER cut down so much as ONE TREE ever again. We would have all the paper we ever needed and could save every tree. Eleda, you are absolutely right! I saw the same thing happen here in Virginia, in my small rural community. First one Wal-Mart, then a second. The second wasn't enough -- a third Superstore was built. The second one forced some 150 poor families out of a mobile home park, leaving them without affordable housing. As a middle school teacher at the time, I saw the impact it had on my students. People fought this, but the Board of Supervisors were CORRUPT -- they basically said, "it's a done deal" and went ahead with the project. They did the same thing with a golf course, which took out a huge swath of a public park which provided a safe play area for the local children. And then they sold some agricultural land, and put in a Truck Stop & Burger King. For weeks, the deer herd, which was displaced, was being run over by cars & trucks, while they bulldozed the forest! All for the profit of these GREEDY Corporations!

I refuse to set foot in these establishments. I buy my clothes & other items from consignment shops, farmers markets & local grocery store for food, raise my free-range hens for eggs, bake my own bread, make cheese & yogurt, etc. Eventually, I fear that NAIS, (the National Animal Identification System), which is currently voluntary, but is expected to become mandatory by 2009 -- will make it illegal for us to raise our own animals, and have to get ALL OUR FOOD from BIG AGRI-CORPORATIONS -- genetically modified, poisoned food,

We MUST TAKE BACK OUR LIVES -- and send these CREEP CORPORATIONS PACKING!

I strongly recommend the book, "Rule By Secrecy" by Jim Marrs, to understand what is happening not just in the US, but Globally.

Thanks for you post Lydia!!!! What happened in Virginia is disgusting. Another example of their push to create the NWO! I guess this kind of bs has happened everywhere.

I pretty much know all the stuff you've mentioned Lydia. The flouride, nutrasweet, (I refuse to use Nutrasweet/Aspartame, I know it was Rumsfeld's baby!!), the mercury and other crap in vaccines. We have a fabulous son, but because mercury is the toxic tipping point, he's one of the kids in the world with high functioning autism. I listen to Alex Jones all the time. I've learned more than enough to turn my brown eyes blue, very blue!!!!!

I've also been reading Daniel Estulin's "The Truth About The Bilderberg Group". YES, we must take our lives back. We also MUST take America back from the bansksters. My dad had a run in with the IRS years ago. He paid taxes, but they claimed he didn't file or something. They came after our house and bank accounts too. My father read ALL of the IRS Code or Law books and fought them. They didn't want to admit he won, but somehow he did win. Amazing what people/organization can do to families. I believe more and more people are becoming aware of this corruption. But they do nothing because they have become desensitized to this foul action through the facets of owning money. Money gives many people pleasure, and they like to keep it that way. In order to get people to change their views on the Federal Reserve we need to change the people's perspectives on money. Money does not buy love, and with love we could create a resistance.
