Whether you look at this from a civil rights or religious standpoint, it is an interesting law that PA is considering and several states passed already. Should employers be able to make your employment conditional on your accepting a microchip?

~ Surveillance
~ Cancer risks
~ Religious concerns for many employees

this is one of those things that they have tested with the military, makes it easier to keep track of medical information during crisis just to scan someone and have their history when they are unable to speak. so many things happening that i thought i would not live to see. i live in the south, the people here are afraid that it is the mark of the beast. but what do we do when they make it mandatory for people on government aid. they will be the ones that are forced first, soon you will be scanned to do bank business. scarey, thanks mary

There was talk about putting them inside all newborns. Blue shared the link above. Britain was talking about putting them in the mentally ill. Some believe all prisoners should have them.

For Christians who believe that chip is the Mark, here is where the rubber meets the road, as they say. Your jobs, your purchasing power, your government or other benefits may all depend on your being able to be scanned.

A few years ago, I found out that they have chipped over 10,000 civilians who volunteered, and thousands in the military are already chipped. Thanks for that link Blue.., because I read this, a year or so ago, that they are planning to chip newborns. Ivy is right, and many things are unfolding, during this historical time-period. You might be right Blue, as I don't remember the specifics, but I knew they were planning on doing this to newborns. I host a spiritual awakening group for moms, and a mother posted on it. She also posted on the law Bush signed regarding newborns' DNA. I copied a portion of the DNA article from our group, below.

We already have multiple chips that track our purchases, choices, location, etc.... Having one inserted makes no difference.. If that is the mark of the beast, we have all been marked already.

Chips in credit cards, chips in cell phones, chips in computers, chips in TVs, DVD players, TIVO, etc, etc.. not to mention ALL phone calls are tapped, all EMAILS are scanned. What else is left? I do not see anything, do you?

Unless you live out in the woods with no power, no phone and no computer, do not travel using planes and use barter to live instead of money/credit, you are being tracked, monitered, listened to, scanned, followed, and have a file that lists everything about you...

Eric, to say that we are being tracked already so we may as well get microchipped is like saying I am overweight already so I may as well eat myself into 500 pounds!

We must put the brakes on somewhere. The surveillance that is being done to track our movements and purchases is done without our consent and sometimes without our knowledge. To deliberately allow someone else to know where you are 24/7 is ridiculous.

To accept the microchip is the same as signing yourself into slavery, in my opinion. If you read the article, you will see that the microchips are also useful for issuing PUNISHMENT to people who displease those who control their microchip.

In a lawsuit decided last week, James Wilbert sued his boss for zapping him with radiation through his microchip that caused him to have headaches and hear voices in his head. He won the suit because it was indeed being done.

Thank you, Michael. The chips are not the Mark of the Beast, because no one had to pledge loyalty to the AntiChrist to receive them yet.

However, they are too much control to hand over to anyone - to be tracked 24/7, have all of your medical, financial, and employment history on a microchip is too trusting.

WOULD YOU WANT SOMEONE TO BE ABLE TO ZAP YOU WITH RADIATION IF YOU DISPLEASE THEM?

Microchipping is common in old-age homes here--and there's talk of implanting children as well. All started with one absent-minded old lady going outside to sneak a smoke, and wandering off...lol

And I guarantee that's how it will be sold to the public...especially after so many children have gone missing.
Parents will be BEGGING to have their children implanted--for their own peace of mind/safety.
Orwell wasn't THAT far off in his time estimations...though I suspect he could have simply postponed it.

This seems like their rights are being violated before they even get started in life, and their parents probably were not warned about the .08% to 10% cancer risk that was documented in lab animals. "Big Brother" is too nice a term for these people.

Samantha it is scary but what ever happens I'm ready for for all is well with my soul. I do not find it right for the goverment to make us take anything we do not want. They have it all now by your ss number and that to much info already.. This will not fly to many people will revolt on this I for one will be one of them. If it is to help me fine but that I do not believe. I do not trust our goverment for they are all evil and wicked. They are all out for them selves and no one else, they too will get there day. I'm not to judge and I don't but, the hardship they put on people is not right it is not freedom when they tell you what you are going to do, Its called dictatorship and its happening right under our noses and no one is seeing or listening come on people WAKE UP!!!! Sue, just why would the NWO be "petrified of being caught"? They have their very own in positions of authority to ensure that they are not prosecuted for any abuses, and if they are caught and prosecuted, it comes to naught.

They have nothing to fear. That is why they are increasingly overt in their actions against freedom - against us.

They hid the fact that my brother, Larry Neal, was SECRETLY arrested and murdered in Shelby Co. Jail in Memphis, TN in 2003, Guantanamo-style. But police did not hide their crime from the USDOJ. Rather, the USDOJ worked together with the Memphis police to hide the crime from due process of law. They kept it out fo the news, and then sent crooked lawyers at my family - The Johnny Cochran Firm. They hid the case on their shelves. The whole thing would have stayed hidden if it were not for the Internet.

WHO DO YOU THINK THE NWO IS HIDING FROM - NOT THE USDOJ, THAT IS FOR SURE.

I sent the USDOJ a Freedom of Information Act request to send me the records on Larry on May 7. They wrote back on May 28 and said I would have the responsive records in 20 business days. THAT WAS A WEEK AGO AND I GOT NOTHING AND HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM. Apparently, the Obama DOJ is still hiding crimes from the Bush DOJ.

THE NWO HAS NO ONE TO FEAR, BECAUSE THERE IS APPARENTLY NO ONE INTERESTED IN PROSECUTING THEM.

Mary, they have been very secretive until now. If they were so overt they would have been shouting it from the rooftops. But they have not. Experience has shown those that are like these people are really scared stiff of others. They think everyone is like them - out to get them (wiretapping etc.,). They are paranoid. Why do you think they hide behind the same people who performed experiments on Natzi Germany victims? Because they are doing the same to the people now! They recruited them when they funded Hitler. Dangerous mind altering drugs that keep you zombiefied, Electric Shock Treatment to infants, 11yr old boys with bells wrapped around their penis enforced to read porn etc., It was not so long ago we got rid of Lobotomy's. It is no coincidence they are on every mental health board, they need to keep the masses subdued so they could gain more and more control. The masses could not impeach Bush, stop Gitmo, bailouts and more than likely will not stop this either! Too many bills passed by no one taking notice of what they mean and too many bought into their scam. We have very little time as they grow cocky, but people always trip up somewhere down the road and we need to make sure they do. I have all the documents and proof on my website about them killing Larry and the DOJ working with the jail to hide Larry's death like that DOJ hid the prisoners at Guantanamo. When the people don't have a government agency to keep justice, what does that leave for the people to do?

One thing we can all do is pray. We can pray for CHANGE! Thought we had that, but maybe not.

I realize that not all my Care2 friends pray, but all of you can send positive energy to our leadership. The Bible says we are to pray for those in authority over us. I pray that God sends them a spirit to repent from the very idea of curtailing our freedom and standing in the way of justice.

I pray for California sending all the old folks and handicapped people IOUs, but paying the politicians USDs. Keeping all of those people on death row at the rate of $90,000 per inmate per year OVER AND ABOVE the $50,000 that it would cost if Calif. commuts their sentences to life without parole. Got money to kill folks, but no money for your blind and elderly citizens. Shame! Where are your priorities?

We can pray for people who are so psycho that they implant newborns, probably in hopes of controlling the world some day. Sick Pharaohs!

We can pray for all those who submitted to being microchipped to keep or get employment.

I recognize that many of my Care2 friends are not Christians, and I respect your decision. But I am keeping my God, partly because I like the idea he has a hot hell for wrongdoers like some of these in leadership.

Thank you. We know that 1175 is before the legislature to make that determination. It is clearly stated in the article throughout. I am sure it will pass. People should not even need laws like that, but there are so many sick, bossy folks that they might try to force all the people who work in a certain company to get chipped if such laws as 1175 were not passed.

Besides Pennsylvania's proposed law, there are several states that already passed laws protecting citizens against being chipped against their will. Maybe everyone else should call their state legislatures and see if such a law is proposed for their states, too.

Support the law against enforced implantation.

People are always saying after an acute mental patient does a crime, "Why wasn't he being treated? Why didn't he take responsibility and get the help he needed?" First of all, many mental patients don't recognize they are sick. Secondly, society is willing to completely ignore their civil rights and force them to accept a microchip, as reported in the news article at my last comment.

British doctors know as well as I do that many of the patients are paranoid and having a monitoring device in their bodies will further aggravate that paranoia.

Heck - I am paranoid about having a microchip inserted in my body. This will undoubtedly worsen the mental health of many of Britain's sick citizens.

I agree Mary. But, the majority were getting treatment and on mind controlling drugs. These drugs make a sane person psychotic so what and where is the proven results except to damage their brains even more? They don't have and they admit they have no idea how the brain works. These are experiments, just as in WW11 they are no different and they are still killing people on a daily basis.
If you look, you will find ALL school shootings were done by people on these meds. All weird - mother drowns baby, daughter kills family, etc same thing. A person may very well be mentally ill before going to a head shrinker but they most certainly are when they come out.
And, yeah, more people will be going out of their minds knowing their every move is tracked. Big brother is more than watching you!

I think the drugs help some people. I have seen that happen. So I agree with some of what you say, but not all.

I like that phrase: BIG BROTHER IS MORE THAN WATCHING YOU. I know that is true!

So far, the USDOJ still has not sent the documents in response to our FIOA about Larry Neal's secret arrest and death in Shelby Co. Jail. He was murdered there by police hiding him from his social worker and family, preventing his heart meds. Then the USDOJ helped cover-up his murder by allowing the jail to COMMIT PERJURY in federal hearings by omitting Larry's death while in custody, although the DOJ and I had written letters back and forward about Larry before the jail was released from federal overview.

ATTORNEY GENERAL HOLDER, STOP THE COVER-UP HERE PLEASE! IT IS TIME TO INVESTIGATE AND PROSECUTE.

Mary, all that the drugs do is become control of that person. They mask the symptoms and the person never learns to be in control of himself and besides having a "mental illness" becomes a drug addict who is dependent for the rest of their lives. Too many dangerous side effects of death, Diabetes, heart problems, suicides and body mutations for it to be good. The only ones who win are the 300 billion dollar Big Pharma industry.
Psych drugs are routinely prescribed to cover up symptoms, rather than any attempt to discover their physiological cause. It's like turning up the volume of the radio instead of pulling over to check for the cause of that annoying racket.
Then, if the patient comes off the drug, he still has the original condition plus some degree of drug addiction, plus an accumulation of toxins in his organs and tissues.

You may be right, Sue. I don't know what else can be done. There are some patients who are in turmoil when not medicated - they hallucinate. But when medicated, they are as sane as anyone. This is what I have observed. If people have mental illness due to some chemical imbalance due to infections that attacked the brain, it seems likely that they need meds, not just psychoanalysis.

Also, all mental illness cannot be psychoanalyzed, because there is a physical cause for some of it. Therefore, more study needs to be done. For instance, my brother had mumps when he was eight. The infection from the mumps went to his brain and set up inflammation. When he recovered physically, he was insane. Psychoanalysis probably would not help Larry, because his ill ness was not caused by stress.

Many other people were exposed to cat litter either as embryos or infants. Studies seem to indicate that the germ in cat waste causes schizophrenia. Since these people probably have a physical defect in the brain caused by exposure to that germ, merely talking to them about their psychosis probably would not help.

Yeah, there are lots of reasons why but it would be nice and a lot more humane to provide a safe environment for them were they were actually cared for, not experimented on, left degraded and abused. They sure do not get that from mental facilities. The best thing in the world would be to remove the guy from the environment that is causing the situation and put in a very quiet environment that has no random motion. Just peace and quiet, they come out of it on their own and build up their tolerance gently with real tools to handle.
I don't buy into the chemical imbalance thing and they have found that genes are not the cause of mental illness.
Our foods are filled with RX, pesticides, spermicides and chemicals induced by Monsanto and it is no wonder that the rise in mental health problems is occurring when a body does not get the nutrition he needs as passed down from mother to fetus.
But to label and put GPS or microchips in people who are struggling in life shows a certain lack of trust which we must in turn look at those who are advocating such, as they themselves are not worthy of the trust as like the drugs they started with the "problem' people and reached out to all mankind.

You are right. A safe, humane environment with treatment is what is needed for many acute mental patients who are sick, like Larry was, from a physical cause - brain damage. It is usually not possible to do exploratory surgery on the brain until after death. Therefore, the physical cause of their problems goes untreated. As you say, the doctors often just give them medicine for the sumptoms. In the case of mental illness which results from brain damage by germs or by accidents, this may be all the doctors can do. People who are sick from stress or depression would benefit by psychoanalysis, but not the brain-damaged folks.

Sue, you say we should ban together and expose the NWO. You need to get prepared for a major fight. They have folks working online - cyberstalkers - to prevent exposure to their various "programs.." I don't know if they have them assigned to certain online sites or to specific individuals. In my case, I think it is both.

I told here that is probably because I have a niece named Sheila, and the cyberstalkers does not want two of Larry's relatives writing about our experiences. She always has to use an alias to comment! The cyberstalker who works against me there is something!

I spend half my time online rebooting and battling cyberstalkers. The one assigned against me at Care2 is really fierce. Also NowPublic. They refuse to allow me to post what does not suit the NWO. I tried to add
the email above to an article I wrote about H.R. 645 - Concentration Camps in America, and the cyberstalker would not allow it to post. When I hit "SUBMIT" it disappeared. That happens often on Care2 when I work in my group, Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill, or in my Sharebook.

So, good luck on exposing them. Get ready for a tough fight. They probably own mainstream media. Everything about Larry has been censored out of mainstream news, even though a major law firm went to court and denied IN COURT its own public identity. Obvious censorship.

I went further in research and looked up the specific bill the H.R. 645. Maybe I am just stupid and naive, but it sounds more like to me, they are trying to get places around the nation together to house those that have been in a natural disaster, like a massive hurricane, such as Katrina, so they have a self sustained place that people can go when they are put out of their homes and lose everything. I am sure that includes something that is not considered Mother Nature. As far as the micro-chipping, I certainly do not believe we should be forced to do something such as that at all. I realize many things going on now seem like prophecy coming true. Just the sheer numbers of hurricanes, tornado's, illnesses in epic proportions, countries like North Korea, and others that have the potential to reign disaster down upon us. We do have droughts, we have crops that are destroyed by all kinds of issues. We have so many people on Earth now, yet we are running out of enough places to grow food to sustain everyone. Just my opinion....
