My series of articles against enforced H1N1 vaccines gained about 7,000 readers in the last day or two. responded not by being pleased that so many people are drawn to their site, but by closing my membership. The series now has over 40,000 readers.

My 175 articles (+/-) published at in favor of safe prison conditions free from torture and wrongful death, giving prisoners medical and psychiatric care, eliminating capital punishment, wrongful convictions, three-strikes laws, and mandatory sentencing, highlighting the problem of criminalizing mental illness, and my family's justice quest have repeatedly been attacked.

See Wrongful Death of Larry Neal

See my articles at

After writing about cyberstalkers stealing my work product for many months, I was informed that NowPublic has no security breach, but that NowPublic ITSELF was actually removing my articles and various comments, removing photos from articles (such as Billey Joe Johnson's photo from my Kathryn Johnston news article) until recent admissions by the staff.

I believe that some folks expected me to be dead by now, based on the in-person stalking that I have experienced and not given emergency 911 police services on Sept. 27, 2008. See on YouTube -

Perhaps people hoped to delete all of my Internet submissions. However, I am essentially a homebody, and the powers that be do not seem to want to stage a home invasion on the order of Kathryn Johnston's in 2006 by Atlanta Police. I stopped driving months ago, because I am followed when I leave home.

My series of articles on Michael Jackson continues gain popularity. Those articles are not so much about MJJ as they are a criticism of enforcing experimental H1N1 vaccines on the world's population. Can you think of any acceptable reason why an independent news network would have a problem with one of its most well-read authors asking that her work not be deleted?

AIMI members are asked to continue to save my NowPublic articles on your computers and on discs.

The "independent" media company may plan more deletions. I don't know in whose interest they are working, but obviously my articles are of value for the incarcerated mentally ill and other prisoners.

I was instructed by NowPublic to do original entry on their site - not data transferred from Word or another software program to avoid transferring codes that interfere with publishing. Therefore, they commit themselves to taking care of an author's work. However, the company deleted some of my articles and the comments and claims they cannot be recovered, which I seriously doubt. This may be another legal battle.

Pray for justice and for me. Pray for our First Amendment rights.

We sent a Freedom of Information Act request to the USDOJ for rocords related to its overview of Memphis Shelby County Jail where my mentally and physically ill brother was killed in 2003 after 18 days of Guantanamo-style secret arrest. The USDOJ under former Attorney General Gonzales refused to investigate Larry's death.

The DOJ wrote me on May 28 and stated that we could expect responsive records from the U.S. Attorneys office and the Bureau of Prisons within 20 days. So far, we have received ZERO records.

The way to escape accountability for giving records is not to hurt people.

Bill, I am concerned about mental health, but not my own. I am concerned about people who would do these things:

a) Secretly arrest a lifelong mentally ill heart patient and return him in a body bag 18 days later without any explanation and denying his family any records or legal recourse for acquiring same or getting any accountability for his secret arrest and death.

b) Any government that says it has open disclosure and respect for human rights and yet refuses to investigate a death in government custody while spending thousands of manhours investigating and prosecuting the deaths of pit bulls. (Their abuse and deaths deserved investigation and prosecution, but certainly not more than a citizen's death does.)

c) Any law firm that goes to court and denies its own existence like The Atlanta office of The Cochran Firm did to avoid going to court against Larry Neal's survivor's lawsuit against the firm for fraud.

d) Any judicial system where a firm can get a judge to declare a law office as being non-existent under its prolifically advertised identity and dismiss a lawsuit on the basis of non-existence, yet go right on being open for business under that same identity every day.

e) A mainstream media that constantly tells us it gives full coverage on news events, but deliberately blacks out news on any of the above events.

These are the matters that concern me, Bill. And they should concern all people who love freedom and justice and care about the protections under the First Amendment and our Bill of Rights.

HELP, CARE2 - My email box has TWO VIEWS. I have proof. It has a view where I have sent this news story to my friends A through M, and it has a view that I have sent or received no emails since 8/6/09.

If any of my friends get my emails with this news story, please write a comment here, even if only one word - "confirm."

The second view has my last email at 6:02 a.m. from Sarah H.

The first view at my email box shows my emails of this news to my friends is going out - 100 sent so far to firends with beginning letters "A" through "M". Which view is real?

Bill, my thought processes would never have dreamed of the things that have happened to my family and me in a thousand years. My daydreams run more toward winning lotto - not having relatives mysteriously disappear and die in secret government custody; law firms pretend to represent us and do zero; judges declaring big firms non-existent.

What part of that do you blame on my thought processes, Bill? All of the proof is in the DOCUMENTS tab at the website -

Do you think I am crazy for expecting the United States justice system to be fair and humane? If that makes me crazy, Bill, then get out the Taser and Restraint Chair because I continue to believe that we should have EQUAL JUSTICE and OPEN DISCLOSURE in the United States of America.

Bill, perhaps you think I am sick to care about others. Perhaps caring that 1.25 million mentally ill Americans are imprisoned rather than receiving treatment in their communities or in mental hospitals is what makes you think I am sick. I should do as you probably do and ignore the pain and suffering of humanity.

Bill, if caring about others is sick, then tell the millions of people who are also interested in human rights. Tell all the people at Amnesty International and at Human Rights Watch and the Innocence Project and the NAACP and hundreds of other organizations and their supporters.

Tell the people at Bazelon Mental Health Law Center that they are crazy to care about sick people, and tell those at Treatment Advocacy Center and NAMI and Mental Health America and the National Psychiatric Institute and all of their supporters that you think they error by caring about the mentally ill.

And while you are at it, Bill, tell the 111th Congress, because they passed excellent legislation in 2008 to help mentally challenged Americans and protect their rights to psychiatric and medical care and to protect their jobs. Tell them you think they were crazy to bother with mentally challenged Americans.

Tell Congressional representative Johnson (TX-30) introduced H.R. 619 to resume Medicaid payments for care in mental institutions (withdrawal of these funds helped cause hospital closings); and H.R. 766 to provide housing and financial counseling for individuals before their release from inpatient or residential institutions.

If you think I am crazy to believe we need to improve our justice system and provide more humane incarceration for prisoners, then tell Sen. Jim Webb (VA-D) introduced The National Criminal Justice Act of 2009 calling for a national commission to "undertake a top-to-bottom review of our entire criminal justice system."

There are so many of us who are CRAZY ENOUGH TO CARE, Bill, that it looks to me like you are the one who is "different."

Sorry Mary I honestly tried and this is not the first time, continue your rants and belief. They are yours and you have the right to torture yourself anyway you choose.

Must be hard to believe as you do, I get your pain and anquish at your brothers death, I also get you present one side of a story; to believe people are spying on you and to believe when as is said above the mail is messed up is somehow a plot against you is pretty sad.

One way to self evaluate is how well has what you have been doing for year here worked? I dare say nothing is any different.

Another thing, Bill, I did not IMAGINE my articles going missing or any of the computer interference I report. Perhaps you need to brush up on your literacy. ADMITTED to removing my posts, but let me look for them and ask repeatedly about their security system and report missing data for over a year before making their admission after I caught the name of my Michael Jackson article having been changed on the web. I updated the article to add the Care2 petition and information about enforced H1N1 vaccine, and added the word "UPDATED" to my title. At that point, 7,500 people had already read the original article, and I wanted readers to know that more info was available. This is a usual and ordinary practice. Without consulting me at all, the word "UPDATED" disappeared from my article. I figured the cyberstalkers had done it to prevent people seeing the new data. After many inquiries, NowPublic admitted to removing the word. They also admitted to other deletions that I had asked about and wondered about for months!

Mary I dedicated 33 years of my life to homeless mentally ill, have addressed the state senate on rights and funded free treatment programs, housing, jobs and rehab and providing over 1/4 million meals over my last 15 years. I worked to get the mentally ill out of prison systems. I know what I am talking about.

Fanatic I am not and if what you do is "crazy enough to care" what I did was save human life.

Mary Neal (183)
Thursday August 6, 2009, 6:52 pm
It is not hard to "believe as I do," Bill. It is natural to believe that my brother was a human being and worthy of life. It is easy for me to believe that his should not be the only murder in 21st century America deprived of investigation.

It is not hard for me to "believe as I do" that everyone deserves equal justice, even handicapped people. Ask organizations that protect Americans with Disabilities, and ask those who draft laws to protect the disabled.

It is not hard for me to "believe as I do" that OPEN DISCLOSURE is a vital part of government. Ask President Obama, who signed an Executive Order to strengthen the Freedom of Information Act as one of his first acts the first week he was in office.

Read your history and the U.S. Constitution if you think it is "hard to think as I do." I was taught to think this way, Bill. I was made to say the Pledge of Allegiance every morning as a student.

And despite all that I have been through, Bill, I yet pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, ONE NATION, indivisible, with LIBERTY and JUSTICE FOR ALL.

Only now I know that is a GOAL, not a reality. It is a goal worth pursuing, I BELIEVE.

I "believe as I do" because I was taught to stand with my hand over my heart when the National Anthem was played and to believe that I was included when people said "Americans."

If you think the way I BELIEVE is "crazy" and that I need "help," Bill, blame it on liars. I was carefully taught these things, and that is why I stand here before you 53 years old still believing I am a citizen, and that my brother was a citizen, and that he also had the "inalienable right to LIFE, LIBERTY, and the PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS." And since he was deprived of all three, you tell me that I am sick to think someone owes us an explanation. Well, if that makes me sick, Bill, I am incurable.

No, Bill, it is not hard for me to "believe as I do." After 53 years of being raised to believe in free speech, freedom of press, freedom of religion, and freedom of assembly, it would be hard for me to believe any other way. You call it foolish if you want to, but I call it the Bill of Rights. Have you considered moving to China?

Bll, I just read your post saying that you were involved in helping homeless people.

NOW I REALLY AM SURPRISED. IN FACT, I AM SHOCKED. Imagine having to explain to someone who
"dedicated 33 years" to helping homeless mentally ill people that they are human beings whose death deserves investigation.

What happened to you, Bill?

Mary Neal (183)
Thursday August 6, 2009, 7:11 pm
Bill, my "rapid fire posting" is not a result of any illiness.

I have been a legal secretary for about 15 years. Before then, I was an engineering admin. assistant. Before then, I input income tax data for IRS for years. My "rapid fire posting" is the result of typing nearly 100 wpm.

Mary Neal (183)
Thursday August 6, 2009, 7:15 pm
And Bill,

I think even faster than I type. So don't try me. God is my very present help in the time of trouble. He walks with me and talks with me and tells me I am His own.

I know that many of my Care2 friends do not believe as I do, and I respect that and everyone's right to believe as they see fit. But I love the Lord, He heard my cry and pitied every groan. Long as I live and trouble arises, I will hasten to His throne.

I type fast, think fast, and love just about everyone I meet. The ones who offend me, I try to stay away from until I can love them at a distance.

Mary Neal (183)
Thursday August 6, 2009, 7:35 pm
One last thing, Mr. Bill.

If you think I need help because I find fault with the idea of enforcing experimental H1N1 vaccines on citizens, then tell more than 2,300 people who signed the petition against enforced vaccines on the CLG petition here at Care2 at this link:

And tell the thousands of others on other petitions, Bill, that they are "need help" for not wanting to roll up their sleeves and their little children's sleeves to accept EXPERIMENTAL DRUGS THAT ARE STILL IN CLINICAL TRIALS.

And if you think all of us are in need of "help" for being against enforced vaccines, tell the WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION, because last week I received an article wherein the WHO stated that this should NOT be done.

THANK YOU, Care2 News Network for deeming such topics as are discussed herein worthy of frong page attention. What this concerns are:

1) The right to life
2) Whether handicapped citizens deserve equal protection under the law
3) Freedom of press
4) Freedom of speech
5) Fair business practices
6) Intellectual property rights
7) Open government
8) Equal rights for minority citizens
9) Justice in the courts
10) Enforced vaccines
11) Big Government plus Big Pharm vs. Individual Rights

I sent the e-cards to all my friends and others on my e-card mailing list. I also posted at several groups.

I look forward to hearing what others have to say on this matter when they receive the ecards, whenever that is. The ecards were sent because the email system apparently has big problems right now.

Thank all of you who responded by noting and commenting on this news. Thank you, Bill. Your comments gave me an opportunity to explain the situation - CYBERSTALKERS? NO. Deliberate removal of my creative product by NowPublic itself, although done covertly until their recent confession.

This petition has almost 20,000 signatures. CLG's petition on Care2 has 2,300 signatures. There are many other petitions. And some people don't sign petitions but fully concur with the sentiments of petitioners.

Bill, you go ahead and defend yourself all
you choose to, butI've flagged your first
comment as being hateful and terribly inappropriate
against a fine Christian woman who has worked
tirelessly for her cause. The very least you could
have done was to send her the message in a private
e-mail rhather than to post it on the internet for
the whole world to see.

And thank all of you who note this news and pass it along to your friends and others.

Bill~your flagged.

There is no reason to insult a "highly educated" woman who is not delusional, but rather "sane" for knowing the "truth", so please stop insulting her intelligence. Don't mistake Mary's words for what your belief is, got it?

Personally, I don't care how many yrs. you dedicated to the homeless mentally ill, obviously it did nothing for your moral or caring about others, you can clearly see that your attacking Mary for her beliefs.

You, Bill, have no idea how hard Mary has worked to find the truth about her brothers death, so please...keep your mouth shut about things that you don't know about. If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say it!

Just got your ecard Mary, & you know I am for you honey, God bless you for your courage & bravery to carry on, even when the face evil is in your path...God watches all! The petition is signed, thanks sweetie.

Thank you, friends and supporters. I want to let you know that ADVOCACY WORKS! This is no fruitless pursuit. Here is a victory report:

1) Another inmate was freed by DNA evidence. He was sentenced to 50 years in prison for a crime he did not do and served around 21 see link:

2) Attorney General Holder spoke favorably about prison-diversion.

3) A new GI bill went into effect last week. The email I received stated:

The VA's system to claim GI Bill benefits is complicated. To simplify the process, IAVA created, the premiere online resource for the new GI Bill. Thousands of vets have already used this one stop shop to calculate benefits and get questions answered.

4) A three-judge panel ordered the State of CA to release 44,000 inmates in the next two years. Hopefully, they will give some mentally ill inmates an opportunity to rejoin their communities under community care. Miracles happen. ---

5) The VA has a new program to help troubled vets avoid returning home and becoming POWs due to PTSD - see the link below:

Elected officials care about what voters care about, and voters cannot care about conditions they do not know about. Many issues are not broadcast by mainstream news. That is why Care2 News Network is so important.

Individual human rights activists like myself and many of you broadcast causes we care about via email, our blogs and Sharebooks, by signing petitions, and joining group discussions. It all works together for the good. Do not let people like Bill call you sick for CARING. Care2's membership joined the network BECAUSE we care.

Some work to improve the environment, animal rights, politics, and others work for health care reform, Tim has a wonderful online ministry that is spiritually uplifting. There is nothing sick about caring and acting on your concerns by enlisting others to support your cause. That is what most of us are at Care2 for in the first place.

Justice is improving as we keep alerting our officials to our concerns. That is the name of the game - the bottom line. Does it HELP? I say "yea."

I especially like #4- if we can support through welfare many women who have numerous children to multiple men without the benefit of ever having been married, why can't we support those who are just as innocent and defenseless as those children? we have a large community of mental health patients living on the streets and in prison. they deserve a fair break, our support, and a chance to try to make some kind of life for themselves.

First I want to thank everyone who has flagged Bill's comments as hateful and inappropriate. After reading his comment I hit the flag button immediately. It is scary to know that such vile and hateful people are allowed to work with the mentally ill! Makes one wonder how many people he has damaged.Mary, I received your e-card at 8:58pm Thurs. I would also like to say that Mary, you are one of the kindest, smartest people that I have ever had the pleasure to know and work with! I, like so many others here, have got your back. To even think that our government is NOT caplable of any of the things you have had to deal with is just well, closed minded and naive. Mary, thank you for everything you do! Your friend, Stephanie PS Story noted. THey will have to put a gun to my head if they think I'm going to let them just give me that vaccine! I don't even get the regular flu shot! Honestly, this is more scary than the night I was followed for six miles and accosted at the Chevron station by four vehicles and a USDOT truck (Sept. 27, 2008 around 10:00 p.m.) and denied 911 police help. I don't know what I'll do when the Army comes marching down our street with their needles, do you? My goodness.

I never thought I'd see the day when I, as a black woman, would like to go back in time - but I would like to roll back to 1950 when people had more control over their own bodies things were not so strange.

If they are calling out the troops, it looks like they are PREPARING to get you and others who try to make a break for it.

What on earth? Beam me up, Scottie! If this is the Matrix or an adventure in time travel, I am ready to return to regular life now. I read about this and wrote about it, but it really did not seem REAL. Are they serious? And who is this "they"?

Brigitte T (69)
Friday August 7, 2009, 2:10 pm
Mary, hang in there!!! I too flagged "Bill"'s first comment. He's entitled to his own opinion but flaming and personal attacks (like his against you) are inappropriate. And who is he to "diagnose" your mental health, or mention your brother like that? it was pure cowardice, and uncalled for.

The truth is very inconvenient to many people... so they don't like activists, they don't like integrity. Calling activists crazy is a very cheap, lazy tactic indeed. Another tactic is trying to send them on a guilt trip. They'd do anything to divert the readers' attention from the issue that bothers them.

Thank you for everything you do, Mary, and for raising awareness.

Mary Neal (183)

Frankly, I should have expected this. When people did not show any evidence of trying to abide by normal judicial procedure in the case of Larry's wrongful death, and a big law firm did not seem to care about its public image enough to settle its damages, and the government did not honor its own mandate regarding a timely response to our FOIA request, I thought to myself,

"The Cochran Firm does not seem concerned about a reputation in the legal profession, and elected officials who are not taking a stand for justice in this issue do not seem concerned about re-election. Why?"

Then I heard about this flu virus and realized that if the U.S.A. is under Martial Law, voting is suspended, I believe, and our normal legal system would be, too. I suppose all lawyers may need to develop their hobbies into a marketable skill.

Martial Law would explain why the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, and U.S. Code were apparently suspended regarding the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal. My family is just a little bit ahead of the rest of you, perhaps. If there is a flu outbreak that results in Martial Law, y'all will be where I am, probably.

Bill, my stalking is not my imagination. I would never even imagine such things. Since I don't drive in isolated areas, I have affidavits from people who observed these events and license numbers. I have security reports written by guards at my place of work. You can access some of the affidavits online at in our USDC case, and there are more that we would have presented to the jury in our court case, but we were prevented from going to jury. Larry's murder is supposed to be a secret since it was blacked out of mainstream media, but because of my writing, it is not. That is a problem for some folks.

There is nothing that I write that I cannot prove. So you waste your time and effort trying to belittle my accounts.

You lie when you say I make our mental health advocacy all about my family's situation with my brother's murder and our ongoing denial of due process of law, including lawful open disclosure. If you visit AIMI, you will see our petitions for Jeremy Smith, Andre Thomas, Sgt. Russel, articles that I wrote to help Care2 member C.C. get help for her schizophrenic son, and many more. There are 1.25 million people with mental illness in prison right now, Bill.

I use our story about the injustice of Larry's secret arrest and death to illustrate the mistreatment of many of the incarcerated mentally ill. His is a worst-case scenario, but many others are held in solitary confinement, live with abuse, and some die. In fact, I read this week that California is being made to release 44,000 inmates over the next two years because ONE INMATE A WEEK DIES IN CALIF. PRISONS DUE TO OVERCROWDING.

Furthermore, you should see the work we do for Troy Davis to finally get a new trial, and my many articles and AIMI's promotion for petitions to help other death row inmates.

You lie by asserting my advocacy is all about my own unjust treatment. Ask anyone who is literate to put my name or ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL in the browser for you. Ask for some help doing that, because you obviously wrote these false accusations without knowing how to research your claims.

Yesterday, for instance, I wrote about an 80-year-old woman who police slammed to the pavement in the parking lot at Wal-Mart. Here is that piece:

What is the purpose of your criticism regarding me, Bill? I don't even know you, and you don't know me. Therefore, I find it curious for you to spend so much effort writing lengthy posts at articles I publish. You made your point yesterday implying I have problems because I use the extra time I have while laid off doing advocacy for causes I care about. Point made. Please don't get fixated on me. Share your opinions with other writers at Care2, also. Tell some of them how sick they are for caring about whatever causes they write about, also.

Here is an article I worte to help prisoners, Bill - not just the mentally ill. It is intended to help the nation's leaders recognize that we need prison reform. People cannot be expected to re-enter society from prison and do well after suffering abusive living conditions for years. Well over 2,000 people read THE HUMAN RIGHTS FOR PRISONERS MARCH article. Because it is duplicated on other people's web sites, I have no way of knowing how many read it. They read it because it is relevant to 2.3 million Americans and their families, as well as others who care about human rights.

The reason my work is well read, Bill, is precisely because it is NOT JUST ABOUT LARRY. I am sorry an educated person like you cannot understand that. Try to talk it over with someone with more time to explain it to you. For now, I just offer you this proof.

By the way, the 25 justice issues listed here, only three pertain to my family in any special way - nos. 13, 23, and 25.

Based on recent proposed legislation, this writer believes officials are getting the point of how badly prison reform is needed. Below are some proposed bills that deserve support:

~ Sen. Jim Webb (VA-D) introduced The National Criminal Justice Act of 2009 calling for a national commission to "undertake a top-to-bottom review of our entire criminal justice system."

~ Rep. Johnson (TX-30) introduced H.R. 619 to resume Medicaid payments for care in mental institutions (withdrawal of these funds helped cause hospital closings); and H.R. 766 to provide housing and financial counseling for individuals before their release from inpatient or residential institutions.

~ Mr. Davis of Illinois (for himself, Mr. Al Green of Texas, Mr. Towns, Mr. Rush, Mr. Lewis of Georgia, Ms. Waters, Ms. Eddie Bernice Johnson of Texas, Mr. Fattah, Mrs. Christensen, Ms. Corrine Brown of Florida, Mr. Cummings, and Mr. Clay) introduced the following bill;
which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary: H. R. 1475 to amend Title 18, United States Code, to restore the former system of good time allowances toward service of federal prison terms, and for other purposes.

Regarding H.R. 766, counseling is a good start. But if prisons were made to pay minimum wage to inmates who work, their salaries could be used to (a) make restitution to inmates' victims, (b) pay child support and help minors avoid becoming another expense for taxpayers while their parents are incarcerated, and (c) enable released inmates to afford a home, a business, or further their education upon prison release. Why should the proceeds of prison laborers go to private prison owners and investors who are already compensated around $50,000 per year per prisoner in some states and even more for sick and condemned inmates? People exiting prisons need more than financial counseling to become viable members of a community - they need financial ASSISTANCE. Make prison owners pay minimum wage and end slavery in America.

Financial and housing counseling proposed in H.R. 766 would also help identify the needs of mental patients being released from hospitals, but counseling alone will not be useful to chronic mental patients. This is particularly true of those suffering from "anosognosia," which prevents acute mental patients from recognizing their own illness. Such patients exit the hospitals and jails and quickly discontinue their therapy, necessitating re-hospitalization or re-arrest. Taxpayers experience no saings when mental patients fail to get proper care and provisions for continued treatment when dismissed from institutions. Frequently, released psychiatric patients commit crimes ranging from simple vagrancy to murder, like 32-year-old Na Yong Pak, a woman who was released from a mental health facility in Georgia last year and promptly murdered her mom - burned her to death.

Georgia saved nothing by ignoring this family’s protests and dismissing Pak from the hospital earlier than needed, which resulted in her mom’s death and a felony murder arrest for Pak.

The family is devastated, another sick person was charged and probably sentenced to a lengthy, expensive prison term, and the only people who might benefit are prison owners. Private prison profiteers benefit even when people go to public prisons because until public correctional facilities are full, they don't get inmates. This is probably why mental hospitals are closed, community care limited, and mandatory treatment largely outlawed.

Chronic mental patients exiting institutions should be placed in an Assisted Outpatient Treatment program like Kendra’s Law that combines subsistence assistance with mandatory outpatient treatment. Kendra’s law reduces homelessness, recidivism, and future hospitalizations by 85% or better. Furthermore, fewer arrests mean safer communities and less expense to taxpayers.

DETAINEE TREATEMENT is frequently "inhuman" inside as it was outside America's borders. Plans are underway for the first annual Human Rights for Prisoners March and Conference in Atlanta in mid-May, 2009. Read first-person reports by seven Pennsylvania inmates who made sworn statements that they are electrocuted, beaten, half-starved, and verbally abused because they reported being tortured and beg for your help at this link (if this link is not allowed to work, please Yahoo "Mary Neal Care2 Sharebook"):

Whereas prison torture has been exposed and condemned in America's offshore prisons, abusive conditions with often deadly results continue largely unchecked inside the country's correctional institutions. Furthermore, racially motivated incidents of police brutality continue to threaten the cohesion of our social structure. Information about the Human Rights for Prisoners March is at the end of this article and will be updated until finalized.

There is a need to stamp out prisoner abuse and murders inside the U.S.A. as well as outside and avoid having detainees within America's borders live and die like the individuals in the VIDEO at the link below while their families are denied records and accountability. More videos are available throughout this article. (Beware - graphic violence, nudity, and death):

Torture in American Prisons -

(Torture in American Prisons link originally placed here was deactivated. If this one fails, it is available at YouTube and other sites. Put the title in your browser for a 50 min. documentary of prison torture inside America that rivals the "War on Terror" prison camps.)

Most of the improvements listed below would cost nothing. In fact, they would reduce America’s incarceration rate and save billions of dollars annually. For instance, death row inmates cost about $90,000 more per inmate than those in maximum security prisons. Mentally ill inmates who are released under an assisted outpatient treatment program would experience a better than 80% reduction in future arrests, hospitalizations, and homelessness, and outpatient commitment would promote public safety. There are currently 1.25 million mentally ill people in America’s correctional facilities. Because treatment is significantly less expensive than either hospitalization or imprisonment, states would save significant amounts of tax money that is needed elsewhere.

Peaceful prisoner activists and individuals with an interest in human rights are invited to attend, particularly those interested in:

1) death penalty
2) prison torture
3) solitary confinement
4) life without the possibility of parole
5) trying children as adults and life sentences for minors
6) mandatory sentencing
7) three-strikes laws
8) law of parties (sentencing all parties equally, regardless of parties' level of participation in crimes committed, i.e., Jeff Wood drove with the wrong person to a store in Texas)
9) criminalizing mental illness, including PTSD among American veterans
10) relocating prisoners out of state, which restricts visits even for sick prisoners
11) private prison profiteering - especially by decision-makers with positions in criminal justice (possible conflicts of interest)
12) excessive sentencing and unacceptable disparities in sentencing for similar offenses
13) enforcement of Freedom of Information Act
14) prisoner healthcare
15) increased funding for public defenders
16) post-conviction DNA testing
17) no penalty or misdemeanor charge for less than one oz. of marijuana
18) strict enforcement against police and prison brutality; prosecution of 100% of offenders
19) new trials with substantial new evidence, like the Troy Davis case
(Is Davis is preserved to execute one day and set off riots to excuse Martial Law? President Obama should pardon Davis.)
20) so-called "non-lethal weaponry" and the possibility of conflicts of interest among decision makers regarding police equipment purchases
21) illegal alien raids and arrests
22) police profiling and abuse of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender persons
23) surveillance of U.S. citizens; loss of privacy rights
24) plans for mass "emergency centers" inside U.S.A. for Americans
(H.R. 645)
25) remedial damages for victims and families of abused or murdered prisoners (whether or not victims lived to reach jail)

**Additional concerns were suggested by email respondents to supplement this list.

The Human Rights for Prisoners March will be conducted in the tradition of non-violent social change demonstrations by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the Freedom Riders, which were supported by people of different races and backgrounds united to promote civil rights. It seems fitting to have the march in Dr. King's hometown.

Alarm about prisoners' treatment in the "War on Terror" camps continues to be high. Even physicians participated in "inhuman" torture of persons detained by the CIA in secret overseas prisons, according to an ICAC report that was not intended to be made public. "No one who took actions [tortured detainees] based on legal guidance from the Department of Justice at the time should be investigated, let alone punished," said CIA spokesman Mark Mansfield.

The abuse and deaths of prisoners inside America get little or no investigation, and like the tortured offshore detainees, there is usually no effort to hold prisons and jails responsible for inmates' treatment. Even detainees who are arrested for misdemeanor offenses frequently wind up on websites like the one at the link below. Larry Neal's family was informed that he is no. 26 on the prisoner genocide website, but his position may change as more American prisoners are murdered, usually without recourse:

(Click on each dead prisoner's photograph for his/her story.)

From the moment a police officer says "halt" or pulls a person over for a ticket, the individual is essentially a prisoner. Many prisoners never make it to jail before being abused or killed, like Oscar Grant, who can be seen holding up his hands in surrender before being stretched out on the floor at a train station and shot to death by B.A.R.T. officers in a VIDEO at this link: Oscar Grant: 1st Unarmed Black Man Police Killed in 2009 - Next?. Sadly, Oscar Grant's death continued a tradition of police overuse of force which claims the lives of numerous citizens every year, particularly among those who are either poor, black, brown, or mentally dysfunctional.

While the world's attention is focused on inhumane treatment of persons in America's custody overseas, more attention is needed regarding prisoner welfare within America's borders. This writer's mentally ill, physically handicapped brother was secretly arrested until death in Shelby County Jail in Memphis, Tennessee in 2003, during the Bush Administration, and there was apparently a similar order from the Justice Department that Larry Neal's death would not be investigated and no one would be punished - not the police who lied repeatedly during his incarceration about having him in custody, preventing his access to vital heart medication; not The Cochran Firm, which undertook his family's wrongful death case and hid it on the shelf while doing nothing to bring lawsuit against the jail as the law firm contracted to do; not Shelby County officials who violated the terms of the jail's Agreement with the USA to report deaths and abuse of inmates; not the stalkers who threaten his family for inquiring about Larry; and certainly not the judges, state bars, and other officials who help to keep his death deprived of investigation and accountability.

Mainstream news refuses to report any of these events. Containing negative news about America’s prison industry is of paramount importance to private prison owners and investors who profit substantially from the imprisonment of 2.3 million people. Americans have been surprised at the identities of some highly respected persons who are prison profiteers holding responsible positions in our nation, like the veteran Pennsylvania judges who earned $2.6 million in kickbacks by channelling poor children into a private detention center. This writer presumes that prison profiteering is also prevalent among elected officials, the judiciary, and decision makers in mainstream media, which would account for the lack of coverage given to prisoner abuse and inmate deaths inside America, where the prison industry costs taxpayers $50 billion each year, and untold millions are earned through prison work projects. Why investigate and tell on oneself? No one cooks the goose that lays them golden eggs.

Judges Pled Guilty in “Jailing Children for Dollars” Scheme

Many decision makers profit significantly by America having the largest incarceration rate in the history of mankind and by high rates of recidivism, excessive sentencing, criminalizing mental illness, poor funding for prison rehabilitation programs and youth work and recreation projects. Where is the incentive to Change negative circumstances when one profits millions annually by their perpetuation? Before Americans go to court on any criminal matter or civil suit against police or a prison, they should be allowed to see the judge's portfolio - and their own lawyer's, too. When citizens learn that police officers in their municipality are being outfitted with Tasers, they should ask to see investment portfolios of those who appropriated the funding. The concerns listed herein and lack of media coverage have a simple and old explanation - greed.

After Larry’s murder, his family learned that such abuse of power is ordinary and considered acceptable by those in authority. Larry’s family being denied records and accountability for five years following his death is symptomatic of a system wherein basic human rights are set aside to prevent prosecution of a protected class of individuals, as is also alleged regarding torture in America’s offshore prison camps. (

Probably because Larry Neal’s 2003 death was covered up by authorities instead of being met with justice, Memphis Shelby County Jail continued its abuse against other inmates. See the raw footage of transgender detainee Duanna Johnson's 2008 beating while Shelby County Jail personnel merely watched at this link. Johnson was murdered before filing the lawsuit planned against the jail.

See federal lawsuits regarding three more mental patients beaten or killed by Memphis law enforcement since Larry Neal's death cover-up:

Prisoners inside America who are detained in public and private correctional facilities are frequently subjected to torturous conditions, depravation of medical care and psychiatric treatment, and some die regularly, including non-violent offenders and many of the country's most vulnerable citizens who are chronic mental patients like Larry was. He spent 20 years mostly as an inpatient in an asylum before many such institutions were closed in the 1970's and sick people were released to live homeless throughout the country.

Following are excerpts from a Washington Post report on prisoner torture which occurred in secret offshore determent camps.

Report Calls CIA Detainee Treatment 'Inhuman'

Washington Post Staff Writers
Tuesday, April 7, 2009; Page A06

Medical officers who oversaw interrogations of terrorism suspects in CIA secret prisons committed gross violations of medical ethics and in some cases essentially participated in torture, the International Committee of the Red Cross concluded in a confidential report that labeled the CIA program "inhuman."

One prisoner reported being shackled in this manner for "two to three months, seven days of prolonged stress standing followed by two days of being able to sit or lie down."

In November 2008, former Attorney General Gonzales was indicted by a Willacy, Texas jury for prison profiteering - earning kickbacks for using his position to prevent USDOJ investigations of prisoner abuses in county jails. Although the Texas case was dismantled and former Attorney General never stood trial, the conditions of prisoners in American jails and prisons are substandard to the point of being abusive and dangerous, and investigations by the USDOJ (the agency charged with protecting the civil rights of institutionalized persons) are indeed withheld as alleged.

Grand jury indicts Cheney, former Attorney General Gonzales as Prison Profiteers

America is called a prison nation by many people who are alarmed at the country's rising incarceration rate, the highest of any nation in history. America's rate of incarceration is now 1 in every 99.1 persons, according to figures released in February 2008 by PEW. In 2006, the USDOJ reported that 1 in every 31 persons in America was actually imprisoned or living under the immediate threat of incarceration as parolees or probationers. The number has undoubtedly grown substantially in three years, because entrepreneurship in criminal justice is very lucrative.

Taxpayers pay an average of $50,000 per year per inmate, and substantially more for warehousing chronically ill prisoners like hospice patients and inmates who have acute mental illness, and an additional $90,000 annually for death row inmates. PEW reports that our prison budget is now $50 billion annually. That amount does not include the cost of arrest and trial with state-appointed attorneys. Taxpayers are paying more than the average annual income of a family of four to save society from a teenager who smoked a joint or a young mother who wrote a bad check. Prison profiteers generate extra profits by prison work projects like the one at this link: Prisons Earn $878 Million Annually by Poisoning Inmates and Guards, Lawsuit Alleges...

In Georgia, even people with traffic tickets they cannot pay immediately are put on probation while they make principal and interest payments on fines due. If drivers miss payments, they may then be arrested for violating probation as they are guilty of the crime of being poor.

One can click on the map pictured above to find the percentage of incarcerated persons in each state. Many people assert there is a malicious connection between the country's fast accelerating prison rate and the advent of private prisons. As the number of Americans behind bars grows, so do the portfolios of private prison stockholders. Private prisons have been accused of having even less regard for prisoner rights than public detainment centers. Despite rampant abuse, the federal government and local municipalities across the country continue to contract with private prison corporations to warehouse ever increasing numbers of inmates.

An $11 theft is costing taxpayers millions to punish THE SCOTT SISTERS, two black women who have served 14.5 years each in prison in Mississippi for the alleged robbery of $11. They were each given DOUBLE-LIFE sentences. No one was hurt during the robbery, and they claim innocence.

The article at the link below carries a VIDEO of extreme prisoner abuse at CCA's Nashville prison, which was recently awarded another substantial contract to imprison a "guaranteed" number of inmates: Torture Mentally Ill ~ 9 mo. Solitary Confinement in Filth, Naked

The Human Rights for Prisoners March will help honest police officers and guards gain a less volatile work atmosphere. Most law enforcement personnel and prison guards are honest people who desire to protect and serve. However, honest officers and guards must depend on their co-workers in crisis situations. They have no desire to be ostracised on the job or be hit with “friendly fire” in emergency situations. Therefore, there is an repulsive tendency among law enforcement personnel to ignore abuses and withhold intervention that could save lives. When prisoner abuse and police brutality are no longer tolerated in America, mutual respect between law enforcement and the citizenry will be enhanced (including inmates). Corrections personnel will benefit by the March if it promotes justice.

Larry Neal's wrongful death in Memphis/ Shelby County Jail was covered-up by authorities and deprived of the investigative effort that Michael Vick’s dogs’ deaths prompted. As a result, "unacceptably different" Duanna Johnson was beaten, and more sick Memphis citizens were abused. Some died. Who is next?

SEE THE EXTENT OF A JAIL DEATH COVER-UP IN THIS BRIEF ARTICLE. The fact that you never saw this story in mainstream news proves the powerful resolve to protect America's $50 billion per year prison industry at the expense of justice and human rights.

Constitutional Rights Nullified for Neal Family

There is no reason to kill mentally dysfunctional citizens as Memphis law enforcement seems to presume, and there is certainly no excuse for authorities allowing this. An estimated 1.25 million of America's prisoners are mentally ill. If the mentally ill were treated as sick people in need of assisted outpatient treatment in their communities (Kendra’s Law) or as inpatients in secure mental hospitals (depending on the gravity of their offenses), prison overcrowding and most of America’s homeless problem would be immediately resolved with tremendous savings for taxpayers. But just one healthy 30-year-old condemned to life in prison can cost taxpayers as much as $11 million to incarcerate. What reason would prison profiteers have to improve mental health care by instituting enforced treatment and subsistence programs that prevent tragedies?

COVER-UPS ARE COMMON after inmates and citizens are killed by law enforcement. See another example of jail personnel who resist cooperating with a prisoner abuse and murder investigation at this link:

Mentally Ill Inmate Beaten to Death by Guards; Jail Personnel Aren't Talking

There is a need to bring more attention to the horrors of prison life and other gross injustices within America which are allowed to continue largely without investigation or remedy. For that reason, ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL and Larry Neal's survivors hope concerned people will support the Human Rights for Prisoners March, originally set for May 16, but postponed due to severe weather and interference in coordinating the effort online.

People who are concerned about criminal justice and human rights, as well as protecting civil rights for all Americans, should take this opportunity to peacefully support incarcerated persons and demand CHANGE regarding areas of concern.

Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body. ~ Hebrews 13:3

I just want to add that I have seen improvements in several of the 25 justice concerns listed above. We were disappointed to know that the attempt that was made to repeal the Law of Parties recently failed in Texas, but improvements are slowly happening.

If anyone is interested in supporting change, write your representatives.

Electing people for office is like a marriage. You choose among numerous possible candidates. You try to get to know the person and what he/she is all about. Then you make your decision and marry. However, unless you keep communicating with your spouse, the marriage suffers. No one can expect his/her spouse to know about concerns without being told. Tell them you care about prisoners, 90% of whom have an expected release date, which means they will soon be your neighbors again.

Safety for fellow citizens like Oscar Grant and humane incarceration and rehabilitation for prisoners should interest all of us.

OK I have stayed quiet about alot of things that have happened to my family but I have had enough of Bill saying that people don't get stocked by police or Gov,!2 years ago my brother was shot and killed when he tried to stop selling drugs for some bad cops he had been working for,he had become a christen and wanted to change his life we his family where so happy for him, then the threats started they threaten him and then the family, we took his little girl out of town and he came back to get his things from the house where 4 men showed up and shot him 13 times and took his body and threw it out on the side of a road, my brother had tooled me who the cops and DA where, so when he died I tried to stand up and bring out the truth about what happened, and my life went to hell I was followed every where, my house was broke into the more I tried to tell people what was happening the worse it got for us, My kids where threatened at school my dogs poisoned, my house burnt to the ground I was so along and afraid , my pastor moved us out of town and tooled me to let it go before someone else died, so moved away and let it go though I feel I never got justice for my brother and it has always made me sad, then a couple years later my son went back to home town to try and get his girl friend to leave with him her mom was working for the same people my brother was I tooled him not to go but he did any way, when he got to motel to get her A man in side motel who was selling the drugs was shot and killed, my son was out side the motel when he was shot, he came home and asked me what to do I tooled him he had to tell what he had heard so the truth would come out, but when he tried the same DA had him arrested for the crime ,his trial was a joke long story but in the end my boy was given 25l for the crime he had nothing to do with, at the last day in court I was standing in the hall way when the DA came up to me and laughed in my face and said know one messes with me thats what you get,so my son was set up and has been in prison for 9 years now,I fight everyday to bring out the truth and will keep fighting for his freedom, I picket the court house pass out flyer's and tell anyone who will listen many people have laughed at me and tell me I am nuts as I stand out side court house, but I don't care what they say I know the truth,I have had to move many times for safety and will have to keep moving when they find me , but thats ok All they can do is kill me and then that would make the news so I keep going fighting every day for my son.People like Mary are a great blessing to me she does not know me she does not know what I have tooled her is true or not but she has never judged me or tooled me I am crazy she has been a friend to me and in my darkest hours I Am blessed to have her as a friend.Bill if you don't believe her thats fine some people don't believe me but thats ok they are not living with me and don't know the hell the threats and all the evil I live with everyday fighting for my son.So just go away and leave her alone whats it to you any way,why don't you come live with us for awhile and see for yourself what happens when you stand up for your rights what its like to be followed every where harassed and threatened its not fun, but till I see justice for my brother and my son I will not quit I will go on,and people who think I am crazy thats ok I KNOW THE TRUTH and I will never give up till I see justice JoAnn...

JoAnn, I am so very sorry for what you endure - for all that your family goes through. God knows, and He cares.

I don't know what tomorrow holds, but I know who holds tomorrow.

Do not let Bill disturb you. Denial is a reaction that many people have when faced with negativity in life, just as my friend Brigitte wrote. Some people even deny the Holacaust ever happened, but it did. Read about it at this link:

Bill, I recognize that my claims are strange to some people - no stranger than it is to have them happen, I assure you. However, all I can do is again point you to my USDC lawsuit and the affidavits there by people who saw the stalkers and were afraid for me. I will scan in some more affidavits and a security report as proof for people to see, also, and post films of the computer interference as it happens.

Please understand that because this is a legal matter, I did not publish for the public more than I had already given the court. Perhaps now is a good time to publish more while there is no lawsuit underway (judges keep dismissing before we get to the jury).

You made me realize that others might doubt me, Bill, and their doubt might interfere with AIMI membership. For making me aware of that fact, I thank you.

Check out Sheldon Johnson s story on this site, he too experienced this sort of sadness in his family.
I live in Australia and when I took my daughters to a Dr. a few years ago he told me how Aboriginal females in the outback where given Depo provera en masss and told it was A vitamin injection. That was his way of trying to say it was safe- needless to say I learnt as did my daughters that experimentation does take place without peoples permission regardl;ess of what anyones governments may say. Sadly I have seen first hand suicide as a consequence of this same medication being used on mental health patients. We are all delusional if we think the authorities and drug companies dont test their drugs on vulnerable ones in society.
Keep up your good work Mary and anyone else willing to put themselves out there. BRAVO !

Thank you.

Someone sent me a Fox News report on YouTube. FOX News is probably the world's most conservative news stations. The report was that they're calling out the army to FORCE you to take experimental vaccinations. Who goes first keeps changing. Children, pregnant women, and the FOX report says it is the 19 to 24 yr old age group. They have reportedly shipped barrels of that stuff to America, and claim clinical trials are underway. Why keep making and shipping something if the trials are not done? Would they really discard all the vaccine they made and shipped if the trials don't go well? What is really happening?

The report is that if you don't comply, you will be sent to a concentration center. If you get sick, you will also be sent to a FEMA center (concentration camp).

Anyway, we are not supposed to talk about that. October is only 1.5 months away, and we are not supposed to talk about folks flooding our bloodstreams with H1N1 vaccines that the drug companies and Government have such serious reservations about that they already absolved themselves of any legal responsibility for the deaths and injuries they cause.

Bless the Lord, oh my soul!

I just put that Fox News link regarding enforced vaccines in a Yahoo email to send to a number of Yahoo groups, and it is not permitted to go though. It is just sitting there.

All I put was the link and a question whether they saw the Fox News report, but it is prevented from going. What do you think about that?

Are people being fully informed about the proposition of using FEMA centers and the military to enforce experimental H1N1 vaccines in case of an outbreak? I would think something like this would be more discussed in groups online.

Mary I wish you well, I am sad for you as what your doing in the manner your doing it will do nothing.

It is your right to express yourself as you see fit, but when you refuse to accept real feedback from people who respect your goal but are concerned about your own mental health you simply validate their concerns.

I will be blunt, I will be in court friday to testify against a real stalker, seems to me if your stalking was real you would be doing the same. I do not dicount nor treat lightly what happened to your brother but when the issue is not what happened to Larry but the mistreatment of Mary, I see real problems and those will destroy any validity you have in your quest to open doors to stop abuse of the mentally ill in prison.

Again good luck but I will again suggest you speak to someone who is objective about your health.

Mary keep up the good work! You are opening alot of eyes about what is going on w the mentally ill & also the treatment of other citizens in our country!
Bill I am sorry you can't understand...& I don't guess you ever will until you are stalked or mistreated by law enforcement.. I am from W,V. where the "good old boy" system is still alive and well. Friends of mine have been stalked & beaten by law enforcement. My man was murdered in Moundsville State Pen. Thanksgiving Eve 1986 when the gaurds turned his assaliants in with him and turned their backs as he was stabbed to death!!
So Bill until you experience the heart break you will never understand!!

Yvette, thanks for sharing your painful loss with us. I truly am sorry about your man. How horrible! You are right that such injustice is difficult for people to understand. However, it takes more than a lack of understanding to ignore the evidence I presented. I never ask anyone to go on faith. Faith is in short supply in the 21st century, and that is wise.

Thank you, FreeSpirit, for your comments. I appreciate everyone who noted this article. The prospect of enforced vaccines concerns all of us, and it is reasonable to discuss it. It should not take "bravery" to talk about something people plan to do with our own persons, but I see what you mean, FreeSpirit. It appears that people are beginning to realize that free speech is risky in the USA - even when grownup people want to discuss something as vital as our health and safety.

I received news today that a well known online org. feels that it is being targeted for censored. This is not limited to any one person.

Check out this link:

It has been confirmed that a coordinated attack on Web sites including Google, Facebook and Twitter was directed at one individual, a pro-Georgian activist blogger known as Cyxymu. The attack caused a blackout of Twitter for around two hours, while Facebook said its service had been "degraded."

Google said it defended its sites and was now working with the other companies to investigate the attack. "The attack appears to be directed at an individual who has a presence on a number of sites, rather than the sites themselves," a Facebook spokesman told BBC News. Other sites such as Live Journal, where Cyxymu has his blog, were also targeted in the attack on Thursday. (BBC News)

The web attacks against the blogger called Cyxymu that Annie wrote about at are like my own terrorism and situations other online activists report. Attacks against my free speech and free press rights are so severe that I recently launched a petition for Justice for Mary Neal asking for freedom from cyberstalking and in-person terrorism.

My petition is among the Highest Rated Blog Articles for H.R.645 at, presumably read by many Washington legislators, but I have received no help. Instead, I live like Ann Frank or a runaway slave, followed when I leave home and continuously censored online.

Regaring my in-person stalking, my imagination has such super powers that it made the people at my neighborhood computer rental business see the men who came in several cars and surrounded the place shortly after my arrival. They somehow saw them just like I did.

My imagination was so strong that the manager locked the doors to her business and employees leaving work left out of the back door rather than risk opening the front door where several milled around on the sidewalk looking at me through the glass front - buying nothing, doing nothing but talking on cellphones.

The affidavit is in our court file, available online with a FREE account with the USDC Pacer service. Research before you call people sick, Bill.

I also imagined the license numbers that one of those in the store got for me. They must have been imaginary vehicles with imaginary license plates, right?

That happened the soon after I published an article stating that we were making films to publish The Cochran Firm Fraud. My capacity to load films was interrupted on my home computer, and when I went to the computer rental business, I guess that was a problem.

See this article for the link to the FourWinds10 article that may have caused the stalking. Also, see the link and the comments to the article at the link for our USDC court case and more:

If anyone cares to challenge an assertion that I make, that is fine. I can prove every allegation. But meaningless attacks on my stability rather than the particular facts is suspect. Seems like someone would like to ignore the facts and rely on unsubstantiated innuendo. Moonlighting, Bill?

Mary is an extremely successful activist who is very, very good at what she does, is well thought of, highly respected and looked up to by countless others as a result of her successes. She is so far from self-centered and this is obvious to anyone who actually knows her and/or follows her tireless efforts in ensuring justice and freedom for suppressed individuals in any situation she becomes aware of that one has to question your own mental stability due to your wacky attacks on her from far out in left field as they are so out of line with reality and only directed at undermining her personal integrity and self worth. You are obviously a very puffed up individual on the outside with not much but hot air on the inside and would pop and deflate like a balloon if stuck with a pin and you could use a fat one right in the derriere. You have a very heartless, callous demeanor showing absolutely no compassion whatsoever and regardless of your educational qualifications, prior positions held or list of said accomplishments to the contrary obviously are NOT well suited to working anywhere in healthcare and especially NOT with persons having any mental or emotional problems of any kind. A person such as yourself is precisely the kind of doctor portrayed in films like "One flew over the cuckoo's nest" and is every patient's potential nightmare, probably more likely to be responsible for the demise and deterioration of a patient than a savior to any. Your claims to have accomplished so much in the area of mental health are actually much harder to believe given your attitude here on Care2 towards Mary Neal than is anything at all that Mary puts out which is very plausible and quite real regarding what her family has experienced since losing their loved one and the ensuing battle for justice. The justice system in this country (as well as the healthcare system now being reformed due to people such as yourself) is extremely corrupt, this is no big secret to anyone who has ever had any dealings with it at all, nor is the fact that people are indeed stalked and murdered everyday in this country while trying to either escape wrongful persecution or right the wrongs already done to them by such a system. People who are actually being stalked are not considered paranoid by any stable mental health professional. Your problem seems to be that perhaps by working with delusional people for so long, that you yourself have become delusional and cannot tell the difference, or then again perhaps you never could tell the difference - I read an article lately on just how many psychiatrists do have this problem and thus cannot possibly be able to help their patients in any respects with their mental health problems DUE TO THEIR OWN. It would seem to me that if anyone here is truly in need of a bit of mental assessment by a professional, you might want to consult with one of your colleagues regarding your own health. If you ever possessed any great abilities in this area is not apparent at this point, but at any rate they are now sliding downhill on a fast track. Mary has been quite cordial in her communications with you, very graciously and patiently repeating the facts of the matter and sidestepping your insults yet you just persist in your off the wall criticisms of her mentality and disregard the wealth of material presented to you contradicting your accusations. Sorry but I'm not so nice. You need to find another hobby. Mary is not your toy and everybody is tired of your totally inappropriate disruptions in her news threads. It really is time for you to take a step back now and put yourself in check, save yourself from further embarrassment and humiliation as nobody reading your remarks is thinking very highly of you at this point and you are only making the situation worse. Cut the cheesy crap Jack....

Most sincerely....

Thank you, Jillian. Your beautiful support is so well stated. Your fierce loyalty brought tears to my eyes. I love you and my other Care2 friends. I care about the millions of families who have people victimized in various ways by injustice, including crime victims and some of our police officers. We should be able to advocate for justice without being attacked verbally or by stalking online and in person.

I want the America I used to think we already had. I want freedom and justice for all and for human and civil rights to reign supreme above any other considerations by our elected officials in American and by world leaders everywhere.

No one thinks caring about people is sick but a sociopath. They cannot understand the concept. That is what makes Bill's fixation on me disturbing. I hope he finds another target for his milicious attacks.

I think the topic of ENFORCED VACCINATION WITH EXPERIMENTAL DRUGS should be on every front page of every newspaper, magazine, and online group. October is close. Yet this topic is not getting the attention that Michael Vick's dog abuse got. YOUR bodies and your family's bodies are much more relevant.

The idea of troops forcing you to submit to experimental drug testing is beyond my imagination, yet the plans are drawn up. This means MARTIAL LAW, in case you don't understand that reality. When people say enforced by FEMA centers, we are talking concentration camps. You dig?

The H1N1 threat is the biggest news event of the last few centuries because of the drastic proposals that are on the table to address a possible outbreak. Do you understand that we are talking a complete change of government if we go into Martial Law? Do you recognize that FEMA centers means IMPRISONMENT to those who refuse the vaccines? Why is this not on every front page and every radio and television broadcast? Why are my own attempts to generate conversation around this issue attacked?

When Justice Thomas was being confirmed for the Supreme Court, the hearings were everywhere one looked.

When O.J. Simpson was tried for two deaths, the news of the trial was broadcast everywhere. We are talking about the possibility of many more than two deaths with experimental vaccines. Where are the headlines? October is close, people.

You can read and answer questions about the vaccines at Yahoo! Answers. I posed one, and invite you to give an answer. Just put "enforced vaccinations" in the Yahoo! Answer search field, or use this link to reach my question:;_ylt=AlD24W_Alwmi3snhcf7MgRsjzKIX;_ylv=3?qid=20090808210810AAbJziP

I just captured this from an article at FourWinds10. It seems to mean good news. However, I would prefer that no one at all - whether under force or of their own free will - be allowed to even take experimental H1N1 vaccines. Those who take the vaccines voluntarily could start the very worldwide outbreak we all want to avoid. Then we would very quickly be back to the idea of militarized public health - using the Army to enforce vaccines. It is unlikely that anyone (in authority) would correlate the outbreak to the vaccines themselves. How much is that pharmaceutical stock?

On late Friday night Aug 7, 2009 into early Sat morning I was watching CSPAN, America's large congressional TV channel, and I saw HHS secretary, several other high ranking US govt officials and Dr. Fauci, director of the NIAID, come out to say there will be no forced flu vaccinations :)

I saw it with my own eyes. :)

This is the link to the FourWinds10 article where I got the excerpt above. If you go to the article at this link, you will find that the words "LEGAL TEAM" are a link.

Maybe we need to write the LEGAL TEAM and World Health Organization (WHO) and ask for more information. We don't want to start cheering about this threat being over unless it really is over.

I WANT THE PHARAOHS TO SAY "no enforced vaccines NO MATTER WHAT." Don't flip the script if those who took the experimental vaccines start spreading flu all over the place. Just cure them if you can, and bury them deep if you cannot, and leave the rest of us ALONE!

Sorry - second try. Here is the link to the FourWinds10 article with the email from "legal team" that appears to have gone to Citizens for Legitimate Government (CLG) on August 8, saying there will be no enforced vaccines.

Bear in mind, please, that I am only posting an excerpt from unsubstantiated information. This is NOT a formal notice, and I am in no position to authenticate this report. As you may know, I am stuck at home like Ann Frank for asking, "WHAT HAPPENED TO LARRY NEAL?"

Mary ty for the update, this country will have so much trouble from the people if they try to enforce this vaccination. I have never had any flu vaccine and don't intend to start now. my parents have had a couple and they get sick every time! they have bought into the fear put out by the drug companies, they are what hurts our nation more than any illness.

Thanks for telling me. My blog (Care2 Sharebook) joins a long list of services I am denied here. I say "denied" because of all the times I have written to Care2 Helpdesk about it and gotten back the automatic response, but no responsive action. Maybe the messages are intercepted by the cyberstalkers and Care2 does not know. So I am putting it here and will send Randy a Certified Letter about it to ensure that management knows.

* No RSS feed
* No "reply all" for my email box (cuts my ability to communicate)
* Disappearing discussion strands
* Disappearing articles
* Interference posting
* No capacity to post videos
* Links disconnected from the source documents
* Disappearing data within Shares, especially links to Care2 News Network articles I post

There are more problems. I meant to send Randy some films long ago and let him know about these issues. I think Care2 has a horrible security breach.

You are most welcome. I love you Mary. I appreciate all that you do and admire you very much. Not many people would be capable of doing all that you have done in the name of justice for someone they loved so much, even if they desperately wanted to. You are a special person and deserve recognition as such. I look forward to all of your news posts as you put stuff out here that people need to know about and the stories are always very worthy of our attention and hopefully will help us bring about better justice through first awareness and then action. Please don't ever go away - you are irreplaceable and would be horribly missed.

Honestly I hope Bill does not find another target, he needs to stop what he is doing altogether. He is sick and he is hurting people, he needs to quit. God only knows what damage he has done to those people far less capable of defending themselves against his abuse, the truly mentally ill who as we both know are very childlike and vulnerable. It is something I don't even want to think about. There is nothing worse than an abusive, sadistic person in a position of power.

I know exactly what you mean when you say you want the America you thought we already had, boy can I relate to that one. The truth hurts. It is sad that the only way most americans wind up finding out the truth is when it hits home and when this happens - it hits hard. Not what we were told things were while we were growing up, that is for sure and then when you try to tell others they don't believe you and think you are blowing stuff out of proportion and even then that it couldn't happen to THEM. Hello. I think there are less of this breed all the time though. Things are so out of control that for anyone who is paying any attention, it gets harder and harder to just look the other way in denial. I too want freedom and justice for all and for human and civil rights to reign supreme everywhere. One would never have thought we would be where we are this far down the line but things do appear to be getting better, slowly, in some respects. One thing I can't stand though is the way ethics and morality seem to have all but disappeared in the way people treat each other. Trash and hate talk is so common that people think it's ok. TV shows which only promote it further...etc... You made a comment about returning to an earlier point in time and sometimes I really wish I could too, mainly for this very reason. There was a time when civility mattered. When you had ladies and gentlemen. There was a code of ethics. Now it seems, anything goes. I have trouble with this. There is progress being made though in some areas thankfully. I am glad Obama is president and that Judge Sotomayer made it to the Supreme Court. I hope all the people fighting against her nomination are out there choking right now. I hope that we continue to get so many immigrants from so many different places that the word minority only applies to the redneck white conservative bigots who can't stand for anyone else to have anything, particularly power and that they all wind up having a stroke or heart attack stressing over everything going on so nobody will have to mess with them anymore. May God forgive me for saying so. Just tired of the drill. Ashamed of the guys in congress who had the nerve to say basically only a white man should be on the supreme court because only he would be unbiased (?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!) What a sick joke. Not trying to get so far of topic here, maybe expanding a bit much. I have a big mouth. (DUH)

"I WANT TO SEE ANOTHER WORLD" ( Jefferson Starship from Red Octopus, great band especially the line-up at this time in their career, GREAT album with great songs ALL ABOUT LOVE)

I want to see another world
For me and my child
My old lady, too
Maybe you
If we can
If we get to
I want to see another world
I want to see another world.

I think you might see a great ship up in the sky
Like an eagle, like a stallion
Might be a burning silver wheel
Let you know you can fly
Look up in the sky
Look up thru the darkness
I think it might be love.

I want to see another world
For me and my child
My old lady, too
Maybe you
If we can
If we get to
I want to see another world
I want to see another world
I want to see another world

When all the sky is darkness
When all the ground you know is gone
How the solar wind she blows
Snowy silver dragon sings the songs
Flying straight up to the sky
Great singing engines sigh and
Drive this metal fragment into time.

Let's try to get along with each other
Sister and brother
Father and mother
Everyone's a lover.

I want to see another world...

Let's try to get along with each other
Sister and brother
Father and mother
Everyone's a lover.

Get along with each other
Sister and brother...

Love and caring are something we all need to work on cultivating as it is becoming a lost art in our society. People are now actually put down for it, routinely. This HAS GOT TO STOP. Without love we are nothing and nowhere, period. Love is where it's at. Take me back to the sixties and seventies anyday. Love wasn't so hard to find then. Where we went wrong is less important than the simple fact that we need to get it back. Not trying to hijack the post ~ not at all... just a long response as is a bit customary with me...

One thing you have to agree on surely if you know Mary Neal and this is that ~ Caring ~ and Mary ~ go together. This is why I love her and why she is so important here on CARE2. I wish everyone cared half as much. How much better a place the world would be, but because of her - it is more caring and many people are much more enlightened as to what is wrong and still needs to change. Mary if you ever need a friend for any reason, you can always count on me. You've always been a supportive friend to me, and a great role model. I can't honestly nor do I make this assertation about very many people. Let me say that again!

((((((((((You are a great role model!!!!!!)))))))))))

Hello, I want you all to know if you can see this that I have only received four emails in my Care2 email box since midnight Monday. If you tried to email me, I may not have gotten it.

*My RSS feed at Care2 stopped feeding my news to subscribers.

*They disconnected me from communicating w/ readers at my articles by actually suspending my membership because my Michael Jackson series got so many readers - about 50,000 so far - probably due to the H1N1 vaccination issue and to prevent all the readers from knowing about Larry.

*They shut me out of Facebook, but allowed my re-entry recently.

The DOJ is six weeks overdue responding to our FOIA request about Larry's jailers - Shelby Co. Jail in Memphis.

*They will not allow me to use my Yahoo email account until I put in two security questions, knowing that there is a keystroke virus on my computer.

Yet we continue to speak for those who are voiceless. Thanks again to Care2 News Network for the forum.

THANK YOU MARY! I too wrote against the H1N1 vaccine but in a place where they don't even allow spelling revisions or edits! If it's for the good of mankind, I urge you to only do what's right and ignore bad comments (I find most nay-sayers are immune to any explainations you provide - most of them waive off doctors' or any other sites that resist/warn of vaccines, as fraud).

Vaccination Alert!

There is moving around the internet a warning regarding vaccinations for
what is called the Swine Flu and its potential fatal effects. While
admittedly, this has nothing to do directly with judicial
accountability, I deemed it worthy of bring to the attention to our
JAILers. Perhaps, unbeknown to you is a secret New World Order objective
to ultimately reduce the world's population by one half. Is this
vaccination merely a step in accomplishing this goal? This I cannot say,
but nonetheless, if our population is in danger of harm due to a "Swine
Flu" vaccination, that is of concern to us. Therefore, I am bring to
your attention as to what is being "confidentially" writen to experts in
the field.

Swine flu jab link to killer nerve disease: Leaked letter reveals
concern of neurologists over 25 deaths in America

By Jo Macfarlane

Prevention: Is the swine flu jab safe?

A warning that the new swine flu jab is linked to a deadly nerve disease
has been sent by the Government to senior neurologists in a confidential

The letter from the Health Protection Agency, the official body that
oversees public health, has been leaked to The Mail on Sunday, leading
to demands to know why the information has not been given to the public
before the vaccination of millions of people, including children,

It tells the neurologists that they must be alert for an increase in a
brain disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be
triggered by the vaccine.

GBS attacks the lining of the nerves, causing paralysis and inability to
breathe, and can be fatal.

The letter, sent to about 600 neurologists on July 29, is the first sign
that there is concern at the highest levels that the vaccine itself
could cause serious complications.

It refers to the use of a similar swine flu vaccine in the United States
in 1976 when:

* More people died from the vaccination than from swine flu.
* 500 cases of GBS were detected.
* The vaccine may have increased the risk of contracting GBS by
eight times.
* The vaccine was withdrawn after just ten weeks when the link
with GBS became clear.
* The US Government was forced to pay out millions of dollars to
those affected.

Concerns have already been raised that the new vaccine has not been
sufficiently tested and that the effects, especially on children, are

It is being developed by pharmaceutical companies and will be given to
about 13million people during the first wave of immunisation, expected
to start in October.

Top priority will be given to everyone aged six months to 65 with an
underlying health problem, pregnant women and health professionals.

The British Neurological Surveillance Unit (BNSU), part of the British
Association of Neurologists, has been asked to monitor closely any cases
of GBS as the vaccine is rolled out.

One senior neurologist said last night: 'I would not have the swine
flu jab because of the GBS risk.'

There are concerns that there could be a repeat of what became known as
the '1976 debacle' in the US, where a swine flu vaccine killed 25 people
- more than the virus itself.

A mass vaccination was given the go-ahead by President Gerald Ford
because scientists believed that the swine flu strain was similar to the
one responsible for the 1918-19 pandemic, which killed half a million
Americans and 20million people worldwide.

The swine flu vaccine being offered to children has not been tested on

Within days, symptoms of GBS were reported among those who had been
immunised and 25 people died from respiratory failure after severe
paralysis. One in 80,000 people came down with the condition. In
contrast, just one person died of swine flu.

More than 40million Americans had received the vaccine by the time the
programme was stopped after ten weeks. The US Government paid out
millions of dollars in compensation to those affected.

The swine flu virus in the new vaccine is a slightly different strain
from the 1976 virus, but the possibility of an increased incidence of
GBS remains a concern.

Shadow health spokesman Mike Penning said last night: 'The last thing we
want is secret letters handed around experts within the NHS. We need a
vaccine but we also need to know about potential risks.

'Our job is to make sure that the public knows what's going on. Why
is the Government not being open about this? It's also very worrying if
GPs, who will be administering the vaccine, aren't being warned.'

Two letters were posted together to neurologists advising them of the
concerns. The first, dated July 29, was written by Professor Elizabeth
Miller, head of the HPA's Immunisation Department.

It says: 'The vaccines used to combat an expected swine influenza
pandemic in 1976 were shown to be associated with GBS and were withdrawn
from use.

'GBS has been identified as a condition needing enhanced surveillance
when the swine flu vaccines are rolled out.

'Reporting every case of GBS irrespective of vaccination or disease
history is essential for conducting robust epidemiological analyses
capable of identifying whether there is an increased risk of GBS in
defined time periods after vaccination, or after influenza itself,
compared with the background risk.'

The second letter, dated July 27, is from the Association of British
Neurologists and is written by Dr Rustam Al-Shahi Salman, chair of its
surveillance unit, and Professor Patrick Chinnery, chair of its clinical
research committee.

Halted: The 1976 US swine flu campaign

It says: 'Traditionally, the BNSU has monitored rare diseases for long
periods of time. However, the swine influenza (H1N1) pandemic has
overtaken us and we need every member's involvement with a new BNSU
survey of Guillain-Barre Syndrome that will start on August 1 and run
for approximately nine months.

'Following the 1976 programme of vaccination against swine influenza in
the US, a retrospective study found a possible eight-fold increase in
the incidence of GBS.

'Active prospective ascertainment of every case of GBS in the UK is
required. Please tell BNSU about every case.

'You will have seen Press coverage describing the Government's concern
about releasing a vaccine of unknown safety.'

If there are signs of a rise in GBS after the vaccination programme
begins, the Government could decide to halt it.

GBS attacks the lining of the nerves, leaving them unable to transmit
signals to muscles effectively.

It can cause partial paralysis and mostly affects the hands and feet. In
serious cases, patients need to be kept on a ventilator, but it can be

Death is caused by paralysis of the respiratory system, causing the
victim to suffocate.
It is not known exactly what causes GBS and research on the subject has
been inconclusive.

However, it is thought that one in a million people who have a seasonal
flu vaccination could be at risk and it has also been linked to people
recovering from a bout of flu of any sort.

The HPA said it was part of the Government's pandemic plan to monitor
GBS cases in the event of a mass vaccination campaign, regardless of the
strain of flu involved.
But vaccine experts warned that the letters proved the programme was a
'guinea-pig trial'.

Dr Tom Jefferson, co-ordinator of the vaccines section of the
influential Cochrane Collaboration, an independent group that reviews
research, said: 'New vaccines never behave in the way you expect them
to. It may be that there is a link to GBS, which is certainly not
something I would wish on anybody.

'But it could end up being anything because one of the additives in one
of the vaccines is a substance called squalene, and none of the studies
we've extracted have any research on it at all.'

He said squalene, a naturally occurring enzyme, could potentially cause
so-far-undiscovered side effects.

Jackie Fletcher, founder of vaccine support group Jabs, said: 'The
Government would not be anticipating this if they didn't think there was
a connection. What we've got is a massive guinea-pig trial.'

Professor Chinnery said: 'During the last swine flu pandemic, it was
observed that there was an increased frequency of cases of GBS. No one
knows whether it was the virus or the vaccine that caused this.

'The purpose of the survey is for us to assess rapidly whether there is
an increase in the frequency of GBS when the vaccine is released in the
UK. It also increases consultants' awareness of the condition.

Panic over? The number of swine flu cases has fallen sharply in the past
few weeks

'This is a belt-and-braces approach to safety and is not something
people should be substantially worried about as it's a rare condition.'

If neurologists do identify a case of GBS, it will be logged on a
central database.

Details about patients, including blood samples, will be collected and
monitored by the HPA.

It is hoped this will help scientists establish why some people develop
the condition and whether it is directly related to the vaccine.

But some question why there needs to be a vaccine, given the risks. Dr
Richard Halvorsen, author of The Truth About Vaccines, said: 'For people
with serious underlying health problems, the risk of dying from swine
flu is probably greater than the risk of side effects from the vaccine.

'But it would be tragic if we repeated the US example and ended up with
more casualties from the jabs.

'I applaud the Government for recognising the risk but in most cases
this is a mild virus which needs a few days in bed. I'd question why we
need a vaccine at all.'

Professor Miller at the HPA said: 'This monitoring system activates
pandemic plans that have been in place for a number of years. We'll be
able to get information on whether a patient has had a prior influenza
illness and will look at whether influenza itself is linked to GBS.

'We are not expecting a link to the vaccine but a link to disease, which
would make having the vaccine even more important.'

The UK's medicines watchdog, the Medicines and Healthcare Products
Regulatory Agency, is already monitoring reported side effects from
Tamiflu and Relenza and it is set to extend that surveillance to the

A Department of Health spokesperson said: 'The European Medicines Agency
has strict processes in place for licensing pandemic vaccines.

'In preparing for a pandemic, appropriate trials to assess safety and
the immune responses have been carried out on vaccines very similar to
the swine flu vaccine. The vaccines have been shown to have a good
safety profile.

'It is extremely irresponsible to suggest that the UK would use a
vaccine without careful consideration of safety issues. The UK has one
of the most successful immunisation programmes in the world.'

Victim: Hilary Wilkinson spent three months in hospital after she was
diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome
When Hilary Wilkinson woke up with muscle weakness in her left arm and
difficulty breathing, doctors initially put it down to a stroke.

But within hours, she was on a ventilator in intensive care after being
diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome.

She spent three months in hospital and had to learn how to talk and walk
again. But at times, when she was being fed through a drip and needed a
tracheotomy just to breathe, she doubted whether she would survive.

The mother of two, 57, from Maryport, Cumbria, had been in good health
until she developed a chest infection in March 2006. She gradually
became so weak she could not walk downstairs.

Doctors did not diagnose Guillain-Barre until her condition worsened in
hospital and tests showed her reflexes slowing down. It is impossible
for doctors to know how she contracted the disorder, although it is
thought to be linked to some infections.

Mrs Wilkinson said: 'It was very scary. I couldn't eat and I couldn't
speak. My arms and feet had no strength and breathing was hard.

I was treated with immunoglobulin, which are proteins found in blood, to
stop damage to my nerves. After ten days, I still couldn't speak and had
to mime to nurses or my family.

'It was absolutely horrendous and I had no idea whether I would get
through it. You reach very dark moments at such times and wonder how
long it can last.

But I'm a very determined person and I had lots of support.'

After three weeks, she was transferred to a neurological ward, where she
had an MRI scan and nerve tests to assess the extent of the damage.

Still unable to speak and in a wheelchair, Mrs Wilkinson eventually
began gruelling physiotherapy to improve her muscle strength and
movement but it was exhausting and painful.

Three years later, she is almost fully recovered. She can now walk for
several miles at a time, has been abroad and carries out voluntary work
for a GBS Support Group helpline.

She said: 'It makes me feel wary that the Government is rolling out this
vaccine without any clear idea of the GBS risk, if any. I wouldn't wish
it on anyone and it certainly changed my life.

'I'm frightened to have the swine flu vaccine if this might happen again
- it's a frightening illness and I think more research needs to be done
on the effect of the vaccine.'

Hotline staff given access to confidential records

Confidential NHS staff records and disciplinary complaints could be
accessed by hundreds of workers manning the Government's special swine
flu hotline.

They were able to browse through a database of emails containing
doctors' and nurses' National Insurance numbers, home addresses, dates
of birth, mobile phone numbers and scanned passport pages - all details
that could be used fraudulently.

And private and confidential complaints sent by hospitals about
temporary medical staff - some of whom were named - were also made
available to the call-centre workers, who were given a special password
to log in to an internal NHS website.

It could be a breach of the Data Protection Act.

The hotline staff work for NHS Professionals, which was set up using
taxpayers' money to employ temporary medical and administrative staff
for the health service.

The not-for-profit company runs two of the Government's swine flu call
centres - with 300 staff in Farnborough, Hampshire, and 900 in Watford,

Shadow Health Secretary Andrew Lansley described the revelations as

Do you believe it is as important to notice WHAT cyberstalkers steal is very relevant information? I think it is important.

Last week, I discovered that my article called Cybersecurity Bill Gives President Power to Shut Down the Internet re Senate Bills 773 and 778 was deleted from Care2 News Network. It cannot be to hide the Senate Bills, because they are public record, so it must be to hide Care2 members' strong objections.

Today I discovered that my HUMAN RIGHTS FOR PRISONERS MARCH article is again missing from If you can recall, that article has had much trouble with attacks. It is FULL of information about corruption in the VERY CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM. As it happens, a copy of it is above.

Since I knew that article was under attack, I guess I have it saved a dozen times on discs and other places. Wonder what makes people try to hide something that had been published all year and read, re-published, saved, printed out, and copied by 2,000 or 3,000 people?
