I want readers to know that it takes great effort for me to publish such news for you, My punishment for writing about prisoner issues and protecting the Bill of Rights for ALL Americans is not limited to cyberterrorism, but includes actual stalking. Censorship should not happen in a country for which soldiers have risked and given their lives for citizens to enjoy freedom of speech, free press rights, the right to peacefully assemble, and freedom of religion. Many soldiers today are engaged in conflicts, believing their sacrifice will enable Americans to continue to have the right to petition government for a redress of grievances and enjoy the liberty promised in our Bill of Rights. In fact, they believe we have a government of the people, by the people, and FOR the people, as we should.

Middle-aged grandmothers and their grandchildren should never have to escape from pursuit by four cars of appointed stalkers and a government vehicle for asking what happened to a relative who died under SECRET arrest in government custody. Americans should not go "missing" while actually being held under secret arrest like my brother Larry Neal. Mentally dysfunctional women like Mitrice Richardson should not go missing after being arrested in California in September. She is still missing. Inmates in American correctional institutions should not be killed and their families denied records or legal recourse. Torture in our prisons, including solitary confinement, should not be allowed to continue.

I anticipate they will fight me on notifying my Care2 friends and group members as they did when I published eCards telling people that Cameron Todd Willingham was likely innocent of the arson and murders of his three young children, yet he was executed for killing them by the State of Texas in 2004. Prison torture and encroachments on Americans' civil rights are censored subjects, and I appreciate having Care2 News Network to help publish such injustices and the measures underway to improve justice in America for ALL.

Online advocacy for human and civil rights is under attack. Therefore, Care2 and other major social networks have been attacked. I suffer cyberstalking when using Care2's many valuable services: My email account lacks a "reply all" button to prevent my messages going out to numerous people easily. My use of eCards was attacked many times, two of which are described above. The billboard at my Care2 group ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL needs editing, but I was disallowed to update it. May 2010 be a year of more positive change in the area of human and civil rights. That will only happen if we demand it. The elite have other plans. THANK YOU to all my Care2 friends and group members who worried about me when I did not post news in weeks. Cyberstalkers send trojans and viruses to my computers, and they have to go to the shop. Although it was frightening to have to leave home because I have in-person stalkers, I did go to the public library and regularly submit new Shares and discussion items at Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill. Library computers are shared by the public and offer patrons only a brief time to use them. I missed direct communications with my Care2 friends and group members through email. Cyberstalkers have already attacked my new computer.

Did you see the important news story by Lone W at Care2 News? A schizophrenic man has stabbed a 9-year-old boy to death while they played video games together! The man had indicated to his psychiatrist that he felt he would harm himself or others, but his need for inpatient care was ignored. This has got to stop happening! Ask your representatives to co-sponsor H.R. 619 for INPATIENT care!

MAKING MONEY OFF THE MENTALLY ILL IS A SERIOUS THING WITH PRISON PROFITEERS. I was not allowed to post my new Care2 News Network article to any Care2 groups last night. Someone put an extra wireless connection on my PC, called 1394 Connection. I tried to disable and remove it, but could not. Our advocacy at Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill must be important for all the cyberstalking techniques that are used against me. Help me post the REASON why mental patients like Mr. Morales are not given inpatient treatment when they ask for help -- BEFORE they are hurt or hurt someone else. Thanks for caring! Remember, approximately 54% of combat soldiers are liable to suffer from PTSD. One in Five Americans has some type of mental illness, and we all go to the same malls. Let's fix this mess! Remove barriers to timely treatment.

Prison torture is reported at Utah State Prison. Inmates are suffering and dying. The mentally ill are being tortured and advised to commit suicide. Diabetic inmates are denied food, which can cause coma. Inmates are interned naked in freezing cells. YOU are asked to care about American torture victims as much as you showed concern about the War on Terror detainees in Guantanamo Bay and Gitmo. DEMAND AN END TO PRISON TORTURE IN UTAH STATE PRISON.
