May God bring comfort to Duanna Johnson's family and friends in their time of loss.

THIS IS ONE ARTICLE YOU WILL ACTUALLY WANT TO OPEN AND READ, BELIEVE ME!

Thanks for noting it and placing your comments. Everyone should be concerned about people suffering and dying for being "different," whether the people being singled out for abuse and/or death are transgender people like Ms. Johnson, mentally ill, like my brother, Larry, or have other attributes that set them apart in some way. Last I heard, God did not appoint anyone as God, Jr. around here. Live and LET LIVE!

CAN'T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG?

It is really not hard, people, to have peace in the world and to show respect for your fellow human beings.

SIMPLY DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU!

Blessings,

Mary Neal

When will people realize that not everyone in this world must be a certain way or act a certain way that means we should all conform to what they believe is right! This is what makes our world go round!! Compassion and understanding is missing in so many people and that is a tragedy! Such a tragedy! Thank you Mary! Noted!
Justice for Larry Neal!

FEAR = UNKNOWN. When you don't know something it is easy to fear it. And so it is with the many different people here on earth. I have friends who are GLBT. And they, like me, are just as everyone else, with dreams, enjoy life, having food and shelter, all the same desires as most anyone.

They are only different in the way of sex. And yet, God created us all. Sko anyone who doesn't like one, then they must think God makes mistakes. HE doesn't. HE presents us with learning experiences.

Love one another as we love ourselves.

Thank you Mary. I hope that this remembrance will make people
more aware and accepting of the differences in all of us. No one
should die for being "different". (What the hell is "different" anyway?
We are all different by varying degrees!!!)

Mary, your a saint to let us all know this about Duanna, may the Great Spirit rest her soul. This is noted. All she wanted was to be who she felt she was inside.

This whole thing was so sad & not right. I agree with Marian that being "different" isn't a bad thing! Everyone is different, no one is the same on this Earth, and no one has the right to judge but God...Remember that!

With special thanks to my sister in soul Mary for always putting her heart into many peoples causes, including her brothers, bless you sweetie.

Walk in peace all of my brothers & sisters,
FreeSpiritRunning...

I agree with you Mary, my motto is: do unto others as you would have done unto yourself...it is too bad that people can't respect one another. I do not see why people have to hate others based on the sexual preferences. I mean if people are loving each other- isn't that a good thing??? It's the hating that I have a problem with! What has happened to Duanna is very sad. I pray that God wraps His loving arms around her and holds her in His arms forever. In Jesus name I pray, ~Amen

I don't know what else to say on her passing. I do find it insulting that the killer's family has started a form to defend his Rights as well as other like him(as least Larry Neal died in Jail by an unknown suspect, don't care how mentality ill he was he did it.
I'm all for human rights and the South remains confused and a joke in the eyes of the rest of the world.

Thank you for reading the article. I published around 175 articles at NowPublic.com, and many of them are also at Care2 News Network. People should not be discriminated against for being different. We are all different and have strengths and weaknesses. It would be better to spend our time improving our own weaknesses than punishing other people for what we perceive as being unacceptable behavior, unless that behavior negatively impacts other people's rights. Certainly, no one should be murdered because they are mentally dysfunctional like my harmless brother, Larry Neal, or because they are in the GLBT community like Duanna Johnson was.

Blessings!
