Thank you, Judith, for commenting and all of you for noting this excellent news. This is not the new trial, mind you, but merely the opportunity to argue on Troy's behalf for a new trial. At least that is a step in the right direction.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING! REMEMBER TO LOOK IN CARE2 HUMAN RIGHTS GROUP FOR ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL.

As I near our court date against The Johnnie Cochran Firm, I find less and less things function on the websites I use. I would put the link to our organization here, but I was told it does not work. WE MUST BE ACCOMPLISHING SOMETING IN OUR GROUP!

We advocate against the death penalty for mentally ill people, children, and folks whose guilt was never proved. We advocate for jail release for mental patients - treatment, not prison!

Mary, thank you for your dedication. The sad thing is, as I believe you alluded to, was the deeper our commitment, the darker is the 'big brother' response. The computer, the phones, if we speak up they interfere with that process. Noted.
