Noted & signed. TY, Ruth! Now, you know that this proposal makes far too much practical sense & positive community spirit for greedy bankers & politicians to ever endorse. Profiteers do not benefit. only the homeless victims of Sandy would gain anything. Where's the staunch capitalists' logic in that? This would only encourage American citizens to believe that they are more entitled to bail outs & benefits like the top 1% real wealthy are. What a left-liberal communist idea this is! Sandy victims are left on their own; they are not even going to get disaster relief. Thanks, (G)reedy (O)bstructing (P)lutocrats!
