INCREDIBLE !!! LIKE THROWING A LIFE-JACKET TO RESCUE THE PEOPLE THIS SERVES.
THANK YOU !!!
The following is from the article:
"On May 23, Solar Frontier and BELECTRIC announced that their thin-film solar power plant – the biggest in the world – was connected to the grid in Bochow, Germany.
Solar Frontier is the world’s largest manufacturer of CIS thin-film modules, and BELECTRIC is a solar system integrator of photovoltaic power plants.
The 28.8 MW power plant is made up of around 205,000 Solar Frontier thin-film modules. The firms believe that the completion of this project signals the continued viability of thin-film technology, despite the huge decline in polysilicon prices.
“This collaboration with Solar Frontier is another milestone in our partnership. We decided to realize this project with Solar Frontier due to the efficiency and reliability of their CIS modules. Moreover, Solar Frontier’s long-term strategy and manufacturing expertise of CIS thin-film modules were additional key decision-making criteria for us,” said Bernhard Beck, CEO of BELECTRIC.

Investment for the project came from CommerzReal, and financing from HypoVereinsbank (HBV) /UniCredit.

“This project not only shows the confidence BELECTRIC has in the performance and reliability of our CIS modules, but also the trust that financial institutions like HypoVereinsbank and CommerzReal are placing in our technology,” said Wolfgang Lange, Managing Director, Solar Frontier Europe.
“The joint project with BELECTRIC once again emphasizes the strength of our collaboration in the effort to install the best solar solutions in Germany and beyond.” "

We must demand that we also lead in these alternative solutions for the future. We are not competing, and we are unethical to continue as we have been with focus on fossil fuels! I am inspired to write to the white house and my senators, rep again now.
