'...the Alabama Public Service Commission stated that the "price of energy from the wind facility is expected to be lower than the cost the company would incur to produce that energy from its own resource... energy savings flowing...to customers.'GO WIND!

Wind is one of the cleanest forms of energy! LET'S GO WIND WITH SOLAR!
For vehicles of all sizes -- including iive-in and ocean going: WHEN THE PRICE IS RIGHT FOR THE CONSUMER I VOTE FOR -- THE EV PEDDLE POWER -- AS BACK UP -BIO-FUEL -- AND A CRANK AND SEE-SAW ENERGY DIRECT INTO THE WHEELS AND HELICOPTER WINGS AS THE ROOF RACK!

Some considerations on wind:
The laws on Birds for Wind Energy are very strict -- if the wind turbines cause a certain number of the birds to die -- the companies are getting sued.

1.) If people do build wind -- so that the wind turbines are where the birds will not fly into the turbines and buildings -- then wind energy would be good -- with the other IF.

2.) If people will use some wood and recycled-material wind turbines -- please see the article on wood turbine in Inhabit -- then there are less steel and less fiberglass wind turbines. This less steel would mean less mining or using recycled metals. Less mining usually has a better impact on the earth and all that lives on earth.

3.) The less use of fiberglass would mean using an organic material such as wood or some other bio-degrade-able material.

4. Wood windmills can and would be made efficient and beautiful -- so this would help the atmosphere and the scenery.

Some consideration on Solar energy.
That we make sure that there is minimal impact on the earth and all that lives on earth, with the knowledge that no energy source is not going to have an impact on the earth.
1.) sand to silicon. 2.) the needed chemicals to make solar cells. 3.) the use of what kind of plastic--
recycle-able, biodegrade-able?

GO SOLAR-WIND- MICRO-HYDRO ON THE SIDE OF RIVERS, TIDAL AND WAVE ON FLOATS AND BOATS!
