Hi. I see that Simone has submitted a story which we should be thankful for. This website is about activism and C2NN is about making other activists aware of issues that may concern or affect them. I do not want to take sides, but in this instance Simone has shared a story and a petition. If you want to sign it, great. If not, don't, but there is no need to drag personal issues into this thread. The nastiness being shown is uncalled for and I am asking that we call a truce and treat each other in a civil manner from here forward. Keep the personal attacks out of the news comments or I will be forced to start cleaning up these threads in a much more aggressive manner than has been done in the past.

I have no idea what this in-fighting is about - so I may be way off the mark - if so, ignore!
But.....if stories are posted,and then posted by someone else at a later hour or day - what is the problem?
Surely the MOST important consideration is that the story is seen by as many as possible, and any actions taken by as many as possible.
And as we are not all here at the same time - what might be missed if posted earlier, might be seen when posted later.
If I'm reading the whole issue wrongly - quite on the cards with all the missing comments! - then just ignore!
But it is a shame when good people who all have the well-being of animals at heart are so at odds - in news comments especially.
