This is happening a lot lately. Animals left in cars by animal control, police officers, people who should know better. I hope he is charged with animal abuse and cruelty. Primo was a fellow officer who would risk his life for his partner. He didn't deserve to die like this.

HOW COULD ANYONE BE SO CARELESS, DON'T THEY REALISE THEY NEED AIR CONDITIONING IN A HOT CAR, LET ALONE LEAVE A DOG IN A HOT CAR WITHOUT... IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING,
