A Toronto man who pleaded guilty to two counts of unlawfully capturing protected turtles has been sentenced to nine months in jail and three months probation on federal wildlife charges. Court in Sarnia heard that Pak Sun Chung was found in possession

Such persons should be dealth with rigid law. Punishment is the only way to protect animals.

Serves him right. He did a crime, and he has to pay for it. Animals must be served justice, too.
