It is heartbreaking how such a beautiful animal had to die such a horrible, painful death......and all because of stupid 'humans'.

All kind of traps should be made illegal, especially those that injuries the animals and in this case, kills them slowly.

People make decisions like this because they are desperate and do not know what other alternatives they have. It takes work on their part to make better decisions. It is challenging to make organizations and departments to work together. This type decision making shows how humans do not value the animal's rights in the whole scheme of things. They cannot look down the road to see the long term effects so they take the easy way out. There are spiritual development challenges here for the human. But humans are turning their heads the other eway. They are setting a poor example for the rest of society in how they are unable to work together for spiritual & moral growth - for human, animal & all concerned involved parties. I become very disillusioned in humans when they take the easy way out. Learning to be a real leader with compassion on all sides is a big challenge. Trying to instill or encourage compassion in others is a big challenge.
