I don't understand the ruling. Yes, Strong had an agreement but he mislead Owensby over the puppy's future. All Strong was entitled to was a refund of the money paid and this was received.

In the UK not only must justice be done but justice must be seen to be done. I do not see that justice was done, all I saw was a greedy entrepeneur being rewarded for greed.
