On Friday August 7, 2009 and Monday August 10, 2009, several hundred thousands of Life Sciences Research (LSR) shares were dumped, resulting in a downward slide of the share price. On Wednesday, August 12, 2009, Morgan Stanley notified the SEC of their divestiture.

Also animal rights had nothing to do with the disolution, Morgan Stanley got caught up in the economic downfall and was one of the companies that got bail out money from the government. They had to pay that back so they have been dumping investments, the actions had nothing to do with animal rights as W.A.R. claims it is another manipulation to get you to believe that something that happened was cause by the "activist" movement. PeTA and PCRM did the same thing when they tell you they "stopped" animal testing in medical schools when what happened is medical schools simply made a change and PCRM manipulated you to think the schools stopped research using animals when thats a total lie.

People need to get smart, if you want change and I certianly agree and believe you do; you have to stop getting the bits and pieces of information being spoon fed to you, your being lied too and manipulated more from the people you support than the people in research who do tell you the truth because the law requires it.

Morgan Stanley sold HLS shares, they sold other investments also. Since they dumped the stock it dropped the price making the stock more valuable to buy for future profit. The way to change anything is not violence and intimidation because as Gillian so correctly pointed out the shares will be bought, the way to change is change laws and groups like the ALF, SHAC and WAR will never do that in fact they make it harder for legal cahnge to happen.

I totally agree with Bill, we need to stop the laboratory testing which means asking companies not to test.
