Tremendous appreciation to you Simone (green stars & hugs) for posting this critical action to protect our precious wildlife in our National Parks ... now everybody sing... Home on the Range written by Andy Kerr

Oh, give me a home where the buffalo roam
Where the deer and the antelope play
Where seldom is heard a discouraging word
And the skies are not cloudy all day
Home, home on the range
Where the deer and the antelope play
Where seldom is heard a discouraging word
And the skies are not cloudy all day

How often at night where the heavens are bright
With the light of the glittering stars
Have I stood there amazed and asked as I gazed
If their glory exceeds that of ours

Home, home on the range
Where the deer and the antelope play
Where seldom is heard a discouraging word
And the skies are not cloudy all day

Then give me a land where the bright diamond sand
Flows leisurely down to the stream
Where the graceful white swan goes gliding along
Like a maid in a heavenly dream

Oh I would not exchange my old home on the range
Where the deer and the antelop play
Where the seldom is heard a discouraging word
And the skies are not cloudy all day

now come on ... don't you feel much better ! Happy Friday and enjoy an awesome weekend all :-)

while we're at it, can we put a stop to loud motorcycles and the beep beep beep that is required for construction vehicles backing up. Loud noises are under reported and not fought enought.

I can only imagine being a wild animal and hearing these snow mobiles and three wheelers. These things should be rode on a special course designed for people and leave the animals alone. Can we have some peace and quiet?

Agreed it is a start, and should be limited to certain hours.. quad bikes and three wheelers are not allowed in our parks at all, one has to drive in a closed vehicle at all times...
