For those committed to protecting wild mustangs, the BLM is in the throes of the Pryor Roundup in Montana. They are determined to cull the herd by 70 or more individuals and captured over 40 yesterday. Unless we speak out NOW, call the president, call the BLM, speak out in the media, and get very loud, these horses will never know freedom again - never roam the land that they have inhabited for centuries. The BLM is acting in criminal fashion, having hired an indicted felon to do the roundup. The horses are driven by helicopter - including foals and pregnant mares - running them to exhaustion and in terror. Once the BLM has them corralled, the older horses go to slaughter, the rest are held in captivity for the res of their lives. They already have over wild 30,000 horses that are being fed and held using taxpayer dollars. This is an outrage! Please go to http://www.thecloudfoundation.org/ to find out more and to get the numbers to call to express your concern. If we get loud enough, we can get these horses freed and returned to their land. Please help!

Hi Guys, We've been up to our hindquarters working on Cloud's Herd, Ely Herd along with fighting for our local "horse kids" too. I am sick (literally) about Cloud's Herd and pretty tired but wanted to say Hi and remind folks we have not lost the WAR - for updated info can go to www.aowha.org. Michelle is right. Didn't get the TRO but need to stay active and call, call, call and email President, Congressman Rahall, Congressman Griljva, your local politicians (these are OUR Nation's horses) any media that you think will be of help. We've got to keep this in the forefront. These horses were NOT starving, were NOT in any danger. No viable reason for roundup. BAD OLD BOY POLITICS is running the show right now with no real facts being disseminated to the public. PLEASE STAY ACTIVE and crosspost your messages to all that have the desire to see our Wild Horses and Burros run free and PROPERLY protected.
