This evil bitch needs to be put in a cage...if it was good enough for her dog then it should be good enough for her!
She got a slap on the wrist.....I hope she goes to hell and rots there.
I am glad the dog is doing better...poor sweet baby.

To 'control' an animal in this manner surely indicates that the owner suffers from extremely low self-esteem. Yes, she has issues, but we have to be accountable for our actions. And no matter what is 'wrong in our heads' we must pay the price for our cruelty. People like this should get help, but at the same time have to experiece first hand the suffering they inflict.
